Waited 15minutes for service at the counter for ice cream. Meanwhile everyone who was working there was deliberately trying to avoid working register by doing useless and unnecessary tasks. There was this one lady that was yelling for somebody to go to the counter but everyone ignored her orders. There is something not right. No communication between the team of employees. It’s really disrespectful and disappointing that in order to get this famous charleston ice cream you have to deal with these employees that look at you like you are the sign of the devil and refuse to help.
