“Last night my wife and I ate here and it was delicious. We started w Herb Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadews w Balsamic Glaze; delicious. Looked good on the plate, too. The bread was more exciting than usual w strawberry flavored butter made in house. I had Italian sausage over penne w red pepper cream sauce. Large portion and exactly what I wanted. Wife had veal osso bucco ravioli add chicken w primavera sauce. She loved it. Lemoncello pie and cheesecake w blueberries to top it off (both good cheesecake was better imo). We will be back thanks again everyone !“

“We were greeted and seated as soon as we came in. The waitress promptly sent fresh bread and herbs to our table...within 10 minutes we had our drinks and appetizer, the entrees arrived shortly after. The cheese and sausage mushrooms, lentil and sausage soup, and Veal picatta were amazing. The sautéed spinach had a crunch like it was cooked on the flat grill, the lemon and caper sauce was very addictive. My husband loved the classic Italian trio....Star the peach sangria, I normally avoid ordering watered down sangrias in restaurants...this was refreshingly awesome and tasted likeni bit into a fresh peach. I'm pretty sure we'll be back soon to try other dishes and drinks“

“I loved the ambiance of this place. I love that there are no tvs, how small and dark it is. It reminds me of places in NYC. The service was great. The food was good. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of pasta dishes for an Italian restaurant, but that's my only complaint.“

“Came here for some Italian since I missed it yesterday. Ordered the margherita pizza and the tortellini Stefani. Tortellini was fresh and so was the sauce definitely light and delicious. The pizza was thin crust but was honestly happy with the fresh basil. Finished the meal with their watermelon sorbetto and a small coke a cola with no ice and a lemon.“

“It is so amazing when you have a hidden gem in your city. Di Vinno Rosso gives you beautiful ambiance, great food, drinks, and a romantic feel. The appetizer meatballs were so fresh and flavorful. I had the Bolognese was off the charts good. Wifey had the chicken parm. I've never seen it like this, but the pesto on top of the pounded round chicken was so juicy and flavorful we both were blown away. It's the best parm in Columbia! The dessert was really good also. With drinks, our bill was still under $145. The manager was super nice.. he took our picture and gave us a complimentary Italian drink. We'll definitely be regulars here in the future. 5 stars deserved. Great food and service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Tried Enzo's for the first time yesterday for lunch. I got the chicken parmesan sub and it was outstanding. Cant wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu. Hopefully they get their indoor dining area finished up soon.“

“I have to admit I don't usually give many 5 star ratings for the simple fact that it's symbolic to perfection, and it's not often that I encounter that. Even during the busiest of weekends (prom), the service, food, and atmosphere was delightful. I had the Stella Rose Moscato and crab cakes with pasta and marinara sauce...absolutely delicious!! Our server was vibrant and on point with our entire fine dining experience. I certainly recommend scheduling a reservation!“

“Stopped here on a trip back to Asheville from trip to Deerfield Beach,FL. After looking at reviews we were not disappointed !! As a matter of fact it was the best Italian food I and my friend have eaten. The Tiramisu was over the moon!! Kudos to all involved. No matter the price it was worth every cent. By the way, our waitress Kim was the bomb. We may have to make a trip back in the near future. Hope Kim is working. Char and Jackie“

“Black Rooster is in a great location just across the Gervais St bridge. There is plenty of parking next to or in the free public lot behind. The ambience is very crisp and cute without being tacky. The “doodles” on the wall are fun to look at while you’re there. We had the roasted beet appetizer, the whipped ricotta appetizer and the escargot appetizer. All three were delicious. I’m not sure which was my favorite. I had the Fields of Benevento cocktail which was light and really delicious. The chicken Parmesan was enormous and served on a plate with broccoli rather than baked. The flavor was a little bland but still enjoyable. The Royale with Cheese was a big hit with the other two diners (though they both said order extra Dijonaise with it). We tried the pistachio crusted ricotta cake and the butterscotch pudding for dessert. Both were delicious. The ricotta cake is flourless and not very filling. It comes with a scoop of sorbet as well. The butterscotch pudding was heaven but very rich. I recommend multiple spoons for the desserts. Our service was absolutely incredible. Drew was our server and his personality was amazing. Very attentive without being annoying or hovering. He definitely made the experience more enjoyable. (I forgot pics of the appetizers)“
