“Went here on a whim as it looked like an interesting concept. I was not disappointed.it's a small, happy looking building. at 1p on a Friday there were plenty of tables available for my buddy and i. it's open seating so we grabbed a table and the waitress brought us menus.i ordered the signature waffle taco and a cup of coffee. coffee was excellent, and the food was served promptly and it was hot.the waffle taco was flavorful and the standard street taco sauces served with it were excellent. she brought some syrup, but i chose not to add it as i don't really have a sweet tooth. my buddy's order came with a spicy red sauce that was just awesome, wish I'd had it with mine.only downside is that the waitress took too long to get back to checking on us so my coffee sat empty for awhile, but i can let that slide as she was friendly and prompt with everything else.overall this is a great little hidden gem and i highly recommend it.“

“Big thanks to our server Johnny who took great care of us for 2 breakfasts while visiting Nashville. Taro late was unique and worthy of revisiting. Baked goods were balanced and delicious. The meals felt so good, not heavy or greasey, proper portions. Drinks all made to perfection and the juices were even a life saver. This place has a fun and bright energy perfect for early day meals.“

“The entire experience at the Pink Hermit was lovely. Food was great. Service was outstanding. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. All of the details were paid attention to. The cup served with my tea had been warmed. The pizza was very good, fresh and crisp. They were kind enough to take a photo of us at the table. The decor was very sweet. Overall, I would highly recommend.“

“I work near by and came for lunch. It has a great atmosphere and the people were very nice. Everything was really fresh. And the restaurant was noticeably clean. I got the Spicy BBQ Mix Grill plate with tabouleh. Best tabouleh I’ve had. The portion size was huge and I enjoyed everything. This will be my go to spot for lunch moving forward. Healthy options and great peaceful place. Discount option if you pay cash.Dietary restrictions: I have a sesame allergy and they were able to answer my questions easily.Parking: Plenty of parking. “Flora and Fauna is more than just a coffee shop; it's a gem in the heart of East Nashville. Walking in, you're immediately greeted by a service staff that makes you feel like family. The creativity in their drinks menu is a delightful surprise every visit, offering a perfect blend of classic and innovative choices. And let's talk about the pancakes – they are a must-try! Fluffy, flavorful, and simply irresistible, they're worth indulging in any day of the week. This place is a testament to what makes East Nashville's community so special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch brunch experience!“

“So good, I bought the cookbook! Yummy breakfast! The million dollar bacon was excellent. I ordered the Farmhouse Hash and it was divine. Convenient location. Great breakfast after a great night attending Morgan Wallen in concert at Titan stadium. Looking forward to using my cookbook to cook these delicious recipes!“

“We were traveling and looking for something we didn't have at home. This place was quick and the food was delicious. Our server, Jessica, was absolutely amazing. Once we told her we were from Ohio, she knew we'd rather have potatoes and not grits. Lol She did an amazing job! Super friendly and a beautiful smile and personality. Thank you for making us feel at home.“

“Service slow because of crowd: full of office workers because of its location. Food was good, coffee meh. Recommend a bowl. Atmosphere pleasant but on the sterile side — spruced up decor going for the hip look. Coolest feature is the “Wishing Well”.“

“I love this spot for breakfast or lunch! I came here last weekend while I was in town for the Nashville half marathon. We didn't get coffee, but we all ordered the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sourdough. The sourdough was great, and the eggs were perfectly cooked. The bacon, however, was the star of the show! So thick and flavorful. It also came with a side of smoked Gouda grits, which weren't great as they had a very gummy texture and lacked seasoning. Their house made hot sauce here is also delish! Be aware, they will have long waits on the weekends.“

“First and foremost I never knew Germantown offered this cute European style chocolate shop! Upon walking in I was greeted immediately and received some of the most personable service. The barista guided me through some recommendations and also provided really insightful input on things to do around Germantown. Thank you so much Emily - your advice and service was more than I could have expected <3“

“Natura is a great, pet-friendly coffee shop along 4th Avenue north. The coffee and pastries are consistently good. Indoor dining area is very comfortable. There is some outdoor seating as well. The service is especially good and friendly. Shout out to Mary, our favorite barista. She always brings a pup cup for our dog.“

“Food is always on point! First Watch restaurants can get crowded, but most of the time they are worth the wait. Call ahead to get on the "waitlist". Most First Watch restaurants are very consistent and at always a great value. I have been to many in Tennessee, Florida and Georgia. If I'm in a city where there is a First Watch, that is always my Breakfast/Brunch choice! Trust me on this one! Enjoy fresh food everything at First Watch.“

“Best breakfast place I've been to since moving to Nashville ! Lots of options on the menu, the lemon ricotta pancakes were good alone, without syrup, that tells you you're eating a good pancake. The hacienda hash was also great, however, I wouldn't recommend eating both in the same meal unless you're really hungry like I was! Definitely going back to try all the hash flavors! Make sure you start with the hacienda, since it's a limited edition item.“

“Outstanding. We ordered two vegan plates and 6 lentil sambusas. Phone ordering was extremely easy. When I arrived she already had the plates boxed up and pulled the sambusas. They were hot and crispy, and she left the paper bag open so they wouldn't get soft (a wonderful attention to detail!). The person I picked up from was so nice to interact with. She said she was not the owner, but the cook. I was captivated by her passion for quality and cooking good food from scratch, cutting no corners. When I got home and dug into the plate, I could see that it was beautifully and carefully presented. I expected collard greens (gomen) on the plate. Usually they are cooked to death. Ok, that's fine, I live in the south, I am used to this. But this is the first time the gomen (Collard Greens) still had their vibrant green color! And yet, they were perfectly cooked! I took one bite and thought, these greens are fresh... and they are cooked by someone who knows how to cook greens! And then next bite, the cabbage (Atakilt Wat). Unlike the greens, the cabbage had been cooked thoroughly until it was meltingly tender and full of flavor. It was exquisite. It reminded me of my mother's.The meal was little more expensive than other places I have been, but it was absolutely worth it. I have had a lot of Ethiopian food in the past in much larger cities than Nashville. I can truly say it was the best Ethiopian in Nashville!October 31, 2023 - curbside pickup only was easy, fast, and convenient. My highest recommendation!Vegetarian options: Choose the vegan platter. Lentil sambusas are vegan.Dietary restrictions: Choose the vegan platter. Lentil sambusas are vegan.Parking: Parking right in front of the restaurant. Lots of spots.Kid-friendliness: It is curbside pickup only. If children love Ethiopian food, they will love it. The tastes are for every one. For children, the most mild dish in the restaurant is the yellow split peas that comes in the vegan plate - kik alicha. You can request it. The cabbage would also be good for children, because the cabbage is mild, flavorful, and very tender.“

“Housed inside Smashville Farmers Market, Farm City Coffee offers a pretty extensive range of coffee beverages for whatever you're feeling. I got a double espresso and enjoyed it so much I came back the next day for a Rose Gold Mocha, which was also delicious! If I was staying longer, I'd come back to try their grass-fed butter coffee or their Vietnamese coffee. Staff were very friendly and the drinks came out quick.“

“Food Had the Bulletproof shake and Nashville Hot Kale Salad. Both were incredible! Salad had a sauce with really good depth of flavor and there was a small hint of heat. Definitely a spot to check out again cus they had plenty of options.“

“I love the food here. It is one of my go to spots. I dont ask for condiments because I dont even think it needs it. One time, pepper and mushrooms () ended up in my Philly Cheesesteak, but they were very kind to replace it immediately. Very friendly people. The ambiance is the mall which isnt their fault.“
