“Food is good. I wouldn’t recommend ordering take out because they skimp you on sauce and food unfortunately. I always have a good experience with the server. He literally runs that whole place by himself. I’m seriously always impressed by him and hopefully he’s getting all his tips and not sharing it with the nuisance/ eye sore that sits behind the counter stuffing her face while scrolling on her phone constantly in front of customers. She’s so rude and has terrible customer service skills. I come here pretty often and she’s always behind the counter doing the same sh’t. When I have to go to the counter to pay, she never acknowledges or even gets her face out of the phone to speak to me for two seconds. I’m in the food business, so I am all about good customer service and handling the tasks professionally. I’m a good tipper and I expect it to be worth it in all aspects. Again, Food is great. Server is amazing,. just not a good experience with the two behind the counter 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“It was too hot.place empty because no air conditioning. I was going to sit in and relax. The workers looked soaked with sweat and exausted. We were warmly greeted as we walked in and the young woman working the counter was quick to answer our questions and patient while we decide, I didn’t feel rushed at all. The place is small but doesn’t feel cramped they definitely maximized the space available. The food was amazing and filling. Will definitely be back!“

“Miller was our waiter. We had not dined there previously. There were four of us. We opted for the “ grub experience”. ( I think is what it was called). Miller chose a family style meal for the four of us to share. It was beyond fantastic. This topped Off a week of some fine dining and it surpassed all. We cannot wait to dine in again. Miller was absolutely outstanding in his skill and service.“

“Omg this is the BEST omelette in Nashville! And believe me I’ve tried them all.
I’m a total brekky person always looking for new places to try and today I was tired of all the other places I’ve been with the same old avocado toast and poached eggs … or the southern places which never have an espresso machine.
So I searched… and searched…. A loooot. And it so paid off!!! Lucky I found them! Because they’re listed under seafood restaurant haha which I don’t even eat. But I saw breakfast on the menu and off we went. And we had the most perfect meal!
I had the veggie omelette with spinach peppers and onions and with feta cheese and a wheat toast (so happy they provide that option for those who need it), and my husband had the ham omelette with the yummy potatoes and we also had drinks and their famous biscuit which is to die for! It comes with a house made jam that is so fresh and delicious!
That’s it, I don’t need to look no more, from now on everytime I want eggs for breakfast we’re going thereeee!

And one more thing to add - I am diabetic so it’s always hard to find drinks that are sugar free around Nashville, especially mocktails (and that needs to change btw but that’s a review to all the bars and restaurants as a whole haha) but anyhow - this place made it great with a virgin and skinny mojito that was refreshing and lovely!

Now we’ll have to try their dinner menu too, I hope it’s just as good! 🤩“

We decided to stay in the hotel and go to the first floor and just eat here at the hotel. We were treated as if we were royalty. The food is world class food. Nothing can compare. For my side, I chose corn on the cob that I think had been sitting around for a week. The hush puppies tasted like they were straight up cornmeal that was fried. Not sure what happened with this location. It used to be the testing ground for corporate to try new menu items. Now the food quality has deteriorated so much that I probably will not return.“
