“Food is good. I wouldn’t recommend ordering take out because they skimp you on sauce and food unfortunately. I always have a good experience with the server. He literally runs that whole place by himself. I’m seriously always impressed by him and hopefully he’s getting all his tips and not sharing it with the nuisance/ eye sore that sits behind the counter stuffing her face while scrolling on her phone constantly in front of customers. She’s so rude and has terrible customer service skills. I come here pretty often and she’s always behind the counter doing the same sh’t. When I have to go to the counter to pay, she never acknowledges or even gets her face out of the phone to speak to me for two seconds. I’m in the food business, so I am all about good customer service and handling the tasks professionally. I’m a good tipper and I expect it to be worth it in all aspects. Again, Food is great. Server is amazing,. just not a good experience with the two behind the counter 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“Food was hot fresh and they even made sure I had the batter-dipped crunches. Which is the fried batter that falls off the battered fish. Most places make you pay for it. The batter-dipped crunches were fried batter fried deliciously crunchy. I enjoyed it because it was crispy on the outside and the inside fish filled juicy with its flavors. I do not know what Captain Ds uses to make them so delicious but I'm sure they did a great job cleaning their fry vats. My highlight was that the food was cooked to order and overall impression is great service and great food!“

“I got the Cajun chicken tenders and fries absolutely delicious! We were warmly greeted as we walked in and the young woman working the counter was quick to answer our questions and patient while we decide, I didn’t feel rushed at all. The place is small but doesn’t feel cramped they definitely maximized the space available. The food was amazing and filling. Will definitely be back!“

“Today was the first I’ve even heard about this. I was leary about it at first with the parking being terrible. But my wife really wanted to try it. So valet we went. The young man that parked my Jeep was so nice and professional. But back to the restaurant. I was 100% impressed with just a burger that we are looking forward to coming back and having a real dinner. Hands down worth the time and energy. Bartenders were great, servers were polite and who I think was a manager was very attentive. Thank you all for today.“

“Marsh House always delivers and I always look forward to dining there. We were seated promptly, and our server was very efficient and friendly. As we always do, we started our brunch with a biscuit order and the cinnamon roll for the table to share, and as always, they were delicious! “Very popular in the food court. It’s a line to order and to wait. They do take your number and text you when the food is ready, which is very helpful. You can grab a table first inside the food court. It is a huge hall and buzzing crowd.

The lobster is soft and tasty. The bread is buttery and fluffy. Butter makes it to another level. Overall a great lobster roll. But it’s a smaller portion. I will recommend to go for other food options if you are very hungry. This is for the fancy taste and expensive ingredients.“

“I’ve been coming to this drive thru for years, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Since the fish is cooked to order, it might take a few extra minutes but it’s well worth the wait. The service is friendly, and they really take pride in what they do. One of my favorite spots.“

“Ordered. A fish and shrimp combo which is supposed to come with two pieces of fish and six pieces of shrimp. I got one piece of fish and five pieces of shrimp. For my side, I chose corn on the cob that I think had been sitting around for a week. The hush puppies tasted like they were straight up cornmeal that was fried. Not sure what happened with this location. It used to be the testing ground for corporate to try new menu items. Now the food quality has deteriorated so much that I probably will not return.“

“Breaking away from Nashvllle's ice age, we ventured to have dinner at Char. As usual we were welcomely greeted and seated immediately for our reservation. We had a great dinner with our next door neighbor, also still out of power going on day 7. It was warm inside and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and drinks. Always consistent, great service, food and the piano bar was humming. If you haven't been, make a reservation. If you are a regular, stop by again soon!“

“Best meal we had in Nashville! The restaurant was recommended to us by our bus driver from Tennessee Whiskey Tours and he was not wrong. Everything was 100% professional and well organised, Chris looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The inside of the restaurant is modern and chic and it would be great for a special occasion - just a date night for myself and my husband. Now the restaurant is on the highest end of the price scale but you pay for what you get and it was well worth the money. I had the nicest glass of Malbec ever 🤍 and both steaks were cooked to perfection. Can not recommend enough.“

“I have been to this restaurant many times and went last night for my birthday with my family. The coffee encrusted filet is phenomenal and this is the only place I have ever seen it. Along with the scalloped potatoes side and the artichoke dip for an appetizer I was so pleased. Everyone enjoyed what they got whether it was the salmon, French onion soup, or other steaks. Our server was so kind and attentive and found out it was my birthday so gave me a free dessert along with champagne and a card signed by the staff. We will be back again before my next birthday for sure!“

“Upon arriving to Carrabba’s, my stomach was rumbling. This was my first tine using carry-out at this location . The food was ready, hot , packaged. A lovely gentleman Alex greeted me at the carry-out window. As we were going over my order, I noticed I made a mistake. Alex re-looked at my order to understand where the error was and quickly got helped to fix it. A lovely manager by the name of Patricia went over and correct my order. Great customer service!! I’m a Carrabba fan for life!!“
