“Went here 2x in about 2 weeks. First time they were under staffed, kind of forgot about us. Manager stepped in and hooked us up to ensure we at least ended on a positive note. Their chicken ? is great. Had their sweet and spicy chicken sandwich both times. Amazing. Better than Hattie Bs. Great place for the fam also. Really enjoyed it. Exciting to see a restaurant that actually cares, has happy staff, saw cooks high five each other. Must be a good work environment to see that in this demanding of a field. Kudos to the team and management. They probably need a raise.“

“We had a wonderful time at The Honeysuckle last night. The food is always fun and we like the convivial but relatively quiet atmosphere. Last night was especially enjoyable because of Ashley. She was incredibly thoughtful, efficient, and extremely pleasant service. Really impressive skills. I haven't experienced such perfection of service in a long time. It really enhanced our whole experience. During the week they have a great happy hour, too, but you must sit in the bar area, I believe. Anyway, great place!“

“Had a late lunch in downtown Franklin, TN, after visiting Leiper's Fork distillery. The parmesan crab fries were delicious. They have a unique flavor that was addicting. I had the po boy with chips. Fried catfish and shrimp with slaw, pickles, and remoulade sauce. He had the hot chicken plate with red beans and rice and Caesar salad.“

Easily the very best lunch and all of Franklin it is so fresh and the food is all perfectly cooked. “Honestly such a great spot to stop in and grab some breakfast or brunch. Food comes out SO fast and it’s always delicious. I always stop at this FW location when I’m in town on business. Usually once a month or more. The staff is pleasant and the restaurant is seriously spotless. 10000/10“

“Finally had a chance to try Merridee's and I have to say it was better than expected. My husband and I ordered a few savory and a few sweet items. I agree with reviewers who noted the sweet pastries are lackluster but the savory items were very tasty and the staff was really friendly. We will definitely be back to try a few other items for sure. But overall this place is worth a visit.“

“super delicious place! food tasted super fresh and really satisfied our brunch craving! we had the route 66 (corn beef hash) and the bubba skillet (biscuits and gravy with eggs and rice potatoes). everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned well! portions were also great for the price! you definitely won't leave here hungry! the staff was also super friendly and welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of! give this place a shot when in the area :)“

“The only complaint I have is that they charged me a 3% fee for using a credit card, when I asked can I use my ATM then so I would not charged they said that wasn't an option. Most people aren't walking around with cash so I thought that the fee was a bit unnecessary.“

It was crowded as it is a popular place to both grab lunch but also pick up your larger catering orders, so make sure to leave some time for waiting on a table to open up at lunch time. The portions were substantial for lunch. My husband got the fish tacos with two sides and I got the grilled chicken with two sides. It was a nice break from chain restaurants and over-priced signature lunch establishments in the area. It was also affordable considering how expensive it can be to eat in Franklin. Overall a great experience with fresh food and good atmosphere.“

“I don’t normally post reviews about restaurants in Hotels but damn! the food was so good! It’s a small, hand-crafted menu and the portion sizes are perfect. Consider a nice cocktail and a few appetizers with friends in the very stylish lounge. Would come back just for the food.“
