“Y'all. I'm from Texas and my parents are from So-Cal, so my standards for tacos are Extremely High. Along with the lack of great BBQ, I have been mourning the lack of good tacos anywhere near me, short of going deep into downtown Nashville.Let me just say, the tacos here made me shed a tear with how good they were (and not just from the spice!) I haven't had tacos this amazing since I moved here, and I was instantly transported to home for a few minutes.Also, the prices are AMAZING.I tried the Carne Asada taco, the Al Pastor taco, and the Korean BBQ taco. The Pastor was my absolute favorite, with the Carne Asada being a very close, extremely delicious second. The Korean BBQ taco pretty much exactly captured the flavors of a bulgogi wrap, which I was very impressed by! But in future I will be back for those flavorful, nostalgic classics.Vegetarian options: There are a few clearly-labeled vegetarian options, and I'm sure other items could be altered to be vegetarian as well.“

“Super Fast Service!We visited on a Friday night. Parking is a little tricky, but even though the lot was near full, we had no wait upon entering. Fajitas were good although the tortillas didn't seem fresh. We didn't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for food. Overall, a decent visit.“

“You know you’re at the right place when there are a couple of landscaping trucks parked out front and there are a dozen Mexican landscape workers* standing in line for the food. “I had errands to run Saturday, the last of which were the post office and Ace Hardware. While walking to my car I glanced over at California Tacos and decided to give it a try. My meal was absolutely delicious!!! It was so delicious, in fact, that I went back yesterday and got another delicious meal. So, not only HAVE I been back, but I WILL definitely go back again!!!“

“The best Mexican food you can find.The green sauce and the salsa is incredible and the food is so good. The menu is amazing you can get anything, so much to choose from. Let's not forget how tasty it all is. The staff is super nice & always on top of refills for chips & drinks too. Everything is wonderful only downside they need a bigger parking lot, for more vehicles. I promise it's worth the money. You will not be disappointed. It's incredible!!! “The food is very good and fresh! We went on a Saturday at 7:00 and got right in which was nice. There didn’t appear to be a dedicated bartender so it took quite a while for the server to actually get around to making my drink while she waited on about ten other tables. I felt like she could have done a better job prioritizing but that’s just me…The margarita was good but not very strong at all.Nothing special about the atmosphere, I don’t recall if there was music but I don’t think there was which sometimes is fine.“
