Food was okay but cold, even the paninis, and very overpriced for the portion size and quality. What bothered me more was the manager is extremely rude and insulting to their staff. We visited for the first time yesterday and the atmosphere seems nice however the customer service was horrible and I couldn't leave fast enough. The young cashier was clearly new but did her best. Her trainer was a young man/boy clearly did not want to be there nor did he want to be training - I know this because he kept saying that. The bill came to 39$ and I paid with a hundred dollar bill. The young girl asked her trainer if he had change for $100. He said he would get some and went to the back. A few minutes later an older woman came out from the back and yelled at the young trainee for accepting a hundred dollar bill. I was so embarrassed for that young girl and for myself. I offered to pay with my card but the older woman walked away quickly in a huff. I offered to the young girl to pay with my card but she simply shook her head. I didn't know what to do so I sat down at a table with my family to wait for our food and the change Later the older woman came back with my change and I told her I felt she was so rude to the young girl and that I could have paid with my card if they didn't have change. She sharply said "she's new and knows better". I then told her I wouldn't be coming back because of the way she just insulted her yet again as well as just treated me. She said "fine" and stormed off. Any place that treats their staff like dogs doesn't deserve a clientele.

First time here, this place is great. My wife and I stopped here for an early lunch. She had the Myer's Breakfast Plate and I had the Brisket Biscuit and they were both very good and priced better than other places. Highly recommend.
