“Sometimes you stumble upon a gem in America. This is one of them.Just thought I'd update my review from 8 years ago. At some point they remodeled the interior seems much bigger now. Very comfortable, food just as delicious as ever. And their menu has greatly expanded. Lot of really cool stuff you don't really find at the regular joints. “Look I'm not one to recommend a fast food place. I rarely even stop at them unless on a road trip, much less a Taco bell. I dreaded just going into the restroom just to wash my hands.... To my surprise the restroom was spotless. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. Don't get me wrong its still Taco Bell food so it will still give you violent diarrhea but its nice to know there's a clean restroom there if it hits before you leave.“

“I had a friend recommend this restaurant. We were in the area for a jazz a.m. show. Decided to try it.Staff was great. Super welcoming. We had a group of 4+ 2 children.Everything was great except the tea. Not sure what the frothy monkey brand does to the leaves. But not pleasing to my pallet.Try the hot dog. I know. It seems weird. “Staff was very helpful with recommendations and describing what came with what etc. I ordered the chorizo taco and the chicken taco. My husband ordered the Nashville hot chicken taco and the carne asada taco. We shared all the tacos and also ordered nachos and cheese with chorizo. It was all amazing! The one taco I will definitely order again is the Nashville hot chicken. It was delicious! The coleslaw on top of the hot chicken was amazing! Definitely will be back!“

“So delicious. We’re from out of state and we’re looking for a dinner away from the center of Nashville, that wasn’t a chain. We literally saw it on Google maps right before we passed it and decided to stop. SO glad we did. I’ve been missing the good pupusas I used to get in NW Arkansas, and was so happy when I saw them on the menu. We also had a sope al pastor, chorizo tacos and a new-to-us dish called pollo con tajadas. I recommend ALL of them.“

“Great Pollo asada. The chicken had great flavor, it was moist, and a little crispy just on the edges while being very hot. Able to combine with the rice, refried beans, and lettuce into a tortilla to make a few tacos. Delicious when paired with the green sauce for a little heat. The chicken did have bones. Can't take a photo--the foods all gone!“

“Good food. The meat was VERY well seasoned. I am from San Diego, home of the best messican food, the meat was comparable. Big portion sizes. The server Drew was nice and attentive. Even gave my baby some celery sticks (that’s all she eats). The margarita was great, we ordered the pitcher - definitely more than 4 cups - and was strong. Very impressed. They didn’t use a mix and the margarita was good. My only complaint is the place didn’t really have a Mexican theme, they displayed flags and had lots of color but not Mexican themed. My opinion, having been/grown up around/ being part Mexican.Vegetarian options: Husband had a “vegetarian” “vegan” burrito. Very tasty and big.“

“We were promptly greeted and seated when we entered the building. We ordered fajitas...yum they were so delicious. I love it when my food comes out fresh and hot. The fajitas were sizzling ?! Our server was kind and attentive. Thank you for our delicious dinner.“

He was super nice and his daughter is in college where I’m from so we had a lot to talk about .The quesa birria tacos were THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!! So glad this place was close to my hotel.
