I catered for an event from Swifty Pig last night. The pricing was really incredible, especially for the quality and quantity. I fed people from Texas AND Memphis (so, barbecue snobs) and EVERYONE loved it!!! The macaroni and cheese is so good that I would cater from Swifty just for that, but we also had brisket and pork, beans and banana pudding. Get the beer bread, too. You won’t be sorry. We will be using Swifty Pig for more of our department functions from now on. -ETSU surgery residency
My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time today (my parents have been begging me to go for about a year now!) I had the brisket burger with cheese and all of the toppings - it melted in my mouth! YUM! He chose the smoked bologna sandwich (as a true southern guy would) and he LOVED it. The Mac and cheese was to die for. I wanted to swim in it! Lol. Great food all around. I’m excited to go back and try the ribs! :)

The brisket sandwich was delicious. We had the Mac and cheese, broccoli casserole, taco soup, brisket soup and beer bread and recommend them all!! So full we brought home some delicious desserts and enjoyed them also!! Service was amazing! We will definitely be back!!
