Five Stars all the Way! We always receive outstanding food, and service at our Knoxville Firebirds. I highly recommend it. The restaurant manager Mark goes above and beyond to ensure everything is served at high standards. Thank you for such great hospitality.
Update 12/30/23, closed out the New Years with a surprise 60th birthday party. Firebirds is her favorite restaurant, in fact, its the reason we went for our anniversary back in May. Refer to above for our last amazing experience. Now I can tell you the first best thing was a party for 9 all set up and ready , perfect for any party even if we had the original 12 planned. We were center dining room just off the kitchen. Plenty of room for us and for them to properly bring things in and out from the table area. From the moment we walked in the host and serving professional gave us that same warm welcome we previously had. It wasn't until she took the photo for us that I asked my wife could this be the wonderful lady that served us on our anniversary, my wife said no, but I persisted I was right, at the end of the meal the other end of the table asked her name and low and behold, it was her. Lauren had not just pulled off a great serving, but for nine people, and were a tad bit needy to say the least. She actually remembered my wife and I and some of the chit chat from last May. Please extend my thanks to all in the kitchen who made this great feast she presented to us. Job well done. Now the food was great, but its that added little touch that can really make a customer/patron feel special. A night to remember, a special 60th birthday, great food, and the nicest staff around. Thank you once again for going the extra mile. Were all signed up and looking forward to our next visit
