“We had a beautiful, romantic anniversary dinner here just a few days ago and the food and service was amazing! Thank you Jenna! My only complaint was I decided to take my lamb home so they boxed it for me and when I got home to eat my food, they didn’t give me any mint sauce so unfortunately I didn’t eat the lamb. I would definitely highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was great just wish I didn’t have to waste my lamb.“

“It's a lovely and well established place. With this not being their 1st location, it makes it so they know of and have ironed out their kinks well before they opened. I've been here a few times, once even a few days after opening, and the team has always been on top of it and helpful. They work together, which is not always seen in restaurants, and their menu is fantastic!“

“Staff was friendly and attentive but not over-bearing. We were seated quickly. Food was typical Americanized Mexican, though they had a couple of traditional dishes on the menu too. Nothing I got to eat was special. However, their peach margarita was delish!“

“We were seated in a booth for 2 and the only issues for the evening were, 1) the Seats were too far from the table 2) the tables were too high for shorter people and finally, there is no French wine on the wine list. The food was perfect and the service/server were excellent . It was nice to be in a restaurant where you could hear yourself think and hold a reasonable conversation without needing to yell.“

“5 stars daily. If you can't handle the smell of seafood then cry at home and not on here. This location is the best period! I have never had a bad meal here ever. The staff is always smiling and their cook is top notch in my book. Come try the fresh food they cook here. The mud bugs are my go to and the tacos are always spot on. The poor boys are always a great choice. If you love authentic Louisiana seafood and flavors then do try this place. I have been a fan of their food for almost 8 years eating at all locations.“

“One of our faves when in town. Attentive and knowledgeable server answered our questions about the menu and recommended a wonderful wine to go with our dinner selections. We ate a beef stroganoff special, curried cauliflower risotto and filet. All were wonderful. We were very happy that we saved room for dessert and ordered the caramel cake, key lime pie and Basque cheesecake. Definitely recommend! Next time will start with the charcuterie, which sounded very interesting but would not have allowed us to have room for the wonderful desserts.“

We always tip restaurant staff, however it was quite uncomfortable when we reviewed the bill and decided how much the tip should be...just sayin'.“

I have to say it's probably one of the best meals I've ever had in my entire life, and I know good food! We ordered half of the menu. OK that might be an exaggeration. However, we ordered raw oysters, the oysters Rockefeller, tuna tartar, crabcake, carpaccio, prime rib, fillet, and the New York strip. Every bite, every morsel of food that I put in my mouth was not just good. It was exceptional. Our waitress was awesome and took incredible care of us. We had an amazing experience, and I cannot wait to go back.“

“I’ve been going to Panda Garden since I moved to Knoxville from New York around 16 years ago. If you want authentic NY style Chinese food, you go here. This is seriously the only place in town you can get a decent egg roll. A lot of people complaining about the staff, but I’ve never had an issue, plus I normally do take out. I honestly prefer a less personal dining experience though. This is a hole in the wall Chinese takeout place, and it’s the by far the best. Not meant to be fine dining by any means. So if you’re used to eating that kind of Asian food, you’re not gonna appreciate the traditional and authentic street food taste they offer that I grew up eating. If I were famous and lived in another state, this would be my haunt back home. Favorite restaurant in Knoxville since I was 15.“
