Wendy's on millertown pike in Knoxville, TN was kind enough to make a way to serve us even though drive thru was closed and we had a flat tire so our car was stuck next door to the store. we called and explained our situation and they agreed to let us come inside to serve us to accommodate our unfortunate situation. The food us ok. It's fast food, but the big bag deal is pretty good. I hate the kiosk. It wasn't cash friendly and required an employee to complete payment. Having a homeless person stationed near the entrance did not enhance the atmosphere.

One of the worst locations for drive thru times, at night especially. They make everybody sit at the speaker until they drive off, or say "helllloooo" etc. One at a time. I had two cars in front of me, and it took 20 mins, no less. I think they do the speaker thing, to fake their drive thru times to corporate.
