Had the Burrito Colorado, very original and tasty version accompanied with their green and red house salsa.Made with a 12" inch tomato basil tortilla filled with grilled steak, grilled chicken & chorizo. “My DH and I visited The SideKicks Cafe for the first time this morning. Oh.My.Goosenecks! What a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped through the the doors. The coffee was deliciously hot and fresh, and the Veggie Omelet was the largest and hottest omelet that I've ever had. It was still steaming when I packed up the half I couldn't finish. My DH had the biscuits and gravy and he was so into them that I thought I might have to remind him to come up for some air! We bought home grown beets to have later and a Brown butter cake (cakette?) and a pineapple bundt. Both were so moist and rich that we split it 4 ways so as to share with our daughter and grandson... but if they don't get home soon.....they just might have to visit Sidekicks Cafe to get their sweetstuff! This sweet little cafe is one stop you must put on your 'I must do this once a week 'bucket list! (Encourage others to do likewise... they will thank you!!)”

“Wedding Planner here! I have worked with Berried N Cream Bakery several times now for various events (birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings). The cakes and the desserts they have provided have been vegan and/or gluten free and have looked fantastic! The presentation of the desserts and cakes is perfect and you can tell by the look of them that it is of quality ingredients. It is important for desserts/cake to look pretty, but more importantly it needs to taste good. From experience, everything I have tasted from Berries N Cream has been exceptional. I honestly couldn't tell if the desserts/cakes were gluten free/vegan. Everything tastes so good that I always go back for more! There are plenty of great tasting and pretty products that bakeries produced in the Nashville area, however one of the most noticeable things that sets Berries N Cream apart from the others is their customer service. Berries N Cream has excellent customer service! They work with you to provide the best cakes/desserts and even give you additional ideas & suggestions if you are struggling to make up your mind. They deliver and have never been late or missed an appointment. I highly recommend them!”

The only thing I wish is that there was a less boba option because I love the tea more than the boba.Kid-friendliness: Though the shop is small I've always seen them being very welcoming to kids and very understanding with the little rowdy customers.Parking: The parking is across from the building and you do have to cross a small road to get to the shop but there is a pedestrian walk way and people usually slow down and stop for you.”

The gentlemen serving patrons are friendly and helpful with menu items, the dining areas are not very big but spacious in between booths. There is another dining area off to the right side of the restaurant but we didn't see much of that area.We were seated by TV screens, and the decorations on the wall were very fun, colorful and cultured. Outside the building had murals that matched the restaurant decor. Next door is a Mexican bakery that are open 24 hours!! We stopped there for dessert!!If you're feeling like having some Mexican food, I would recommend this place!! It's away from the downtown hustle and nestled in a business area amongst other small restaurants.Would definitely come by again!”

I also saw them making fresh chorizo. I got the beef barbacoa and pork carnitas. They have in house moles including a verde made with pumpkin seeds.”

“Excellent, the steak was medium instead of medium rare but still very good. My wife ordered the chicken Parmesan as usual and it was great as usual. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken, less calories, with the brussel sprouts and steamed broccoli. It all was mouth watering. My son's steak looked great as well and there were no left overs.”
