classic chicken nachos came without chicken and it was horrible. carryout order. right in the garbage.
Tonight we ordered curbside for “no contact” service. As I pull into parking lot, app alerts me that I’ve arrived and they’re bringing order out. I sit and waited 17 minutes; no one came! I then called into the restaurant & explained to the girl that I was there for curbside pickup & had been waiting forever. She says she’ll bring it right out. 3 minutes later, still no one. I go in restaurant, explaining situation. Cashier was extremely rude telling me that she’s the only one working and can’t run the inside AND outside! I tell her that’s not my problem and if they can’t perform curbside due to low staff, don’t offer it. I go through bag and am missing items; I ask for a manager. Manager comes out and is JUST AS RUDE as the cashier, asks me what I’m missing, goes back and gets tortillas and throws them on the counter when I clearly have my hand out. I then ask her for a corporate number to call and she tells me she’s not giving it to me and to have a good night and walks off!!! Terrible service. Terrible attitudes! We will never return to this horrible location!
