Food was cold and when I say cold the mashed potatoes where solid and the gravy was congealed. Meatloaf...cold,, Carrots...cold, mac and cheese....luke warm upon delivery from the waitress who forgot the appetizer and blamed it on the other table (she said she was "frustrated " because of them). When I told her about the cold food,she said "I'm sorry, but I didn't cook it" " they must have put the the sides on first while the chicken (the only hot food) was frying. Asked for ketchup she came back 5 minutes later to see if we still wanted the ketchup....really!!! No manager came after the cold food complaint and the cashier was very sorry but actually could NOT have cared les!!! Didn't offer to get a manager or offer any discount!!! Unfortunately they got half of their food back and I still paid over $40.00 for the worst meal and service ever!!!!
