“First time we've ever been to a Fazoli's.The food was good. My husband and I had the chicken parm. It was great. My mom had the loaded fettuccine, and she was not a fan. The Alfredo is definitely not like one any of us had tasted before. So we all like the tomato base sauces, but none of us cared for the Alfredo. The bread sticks were great warm!The service was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and helpful.“

“Wow on Mother’s Day and great service oh my. Very crowded but the wife was smart and made online reservations. Waited outside for 5 minutes. They texted our table was ready. I had the Chicken Trio. Rigatoni with sausage, our granddaughter had fettachini Alfredo. All were cooked to perfection. Atmosphere is appropriate and comfortable. Family dinners, or make an impression to someone special. Organized and very very good food.“

“The food has suffered in the years since COVID-19 and my visit is just the same. It's not bad but it's not nearly as good as it used to be. I really wish they could figure out what happened and fix it because that was probably my last visit for a really long time. I just can't pay the prices and get buffet quality food. Give it a shot you may like it but my guess is you will come away feeling like me.“
