“Walked in for a snack and I was greeted. Walked out to see if they would di it again and yes. So I did a 3rd time and was greeted. The staff and I was all smiles. I ordered a hook and ladder. It was fresh hot. I had a drink chops brownie and cookie..... don't judge me. The gm wad there and i notified him of the job the staff did. It was clean employees are friendly no one was just standing around no one was on the phones. This is a place I will revisit. I also want to give a shout out to the e.ployees that was there. “I love their potatoes. They are huge and perfectly cooked. The chicken Chipotle is my favorite. Their serving sizes are large and most of the time I have left overs to take home for lunch the next day. Others in our group had salads , sandwiches, or soup. Everyone said their food was really good.“

“The Rutherford County TN Historical Society visited Firehouse Subs today as part of our Firehouse day field trip. We had a wonderful time. Stephanie, the manager, donned us all with our own firemen hats and we had our photo taken in front of the mural. The sandwiches were very good and the community support was even better!“

I’ve worked customer service at Vanderbilt for years and believe me when I tell you, these girls deserve recognition for their hard work and enthusiasm. I admire and respect them so much! They made both of my sandwiches beautifully for my mom and I. Really glad we came here. I’ll never forget them as long as I live. “We went to Newk's for lunch to use a gift card from Christmas ?. There was plenty of seating. It was relatively quiet so conversation was easy. We used our Newk's app to order. The food came quickly and was fresh. I had the Portobello mushroom sandwich and a small Greek salad. The sandwich is one of my favorites. I wasn't crazy about the salad. The soup was very good. Ironically my sister did not care for her blue cheese salad either. I also get the spicy shrimp pizza which is another of my favorites. The green goddess salad was good. Overall a good place to pick up lunch and spend time with friends and family in a casual dining atmosphere.“

“This is the best Subway around by a longshot. The meats are fresh sliced, the bread is good and the Indian girls working there are super nice and kind. I like this place for sandwiches and I was never a big subway fan before, but this place is always good.“
