Attended rent party for John McGhee. 3 bands. Enjoyed the music and the music during this event. The Boro is located on Greenland right at Middle Tennessee Blvd. Just a few minutes from my condo in Murfreesboro. College (MTSU) hangout. Funky, small, and smoke filled venue.

Best dive bar I've ever hung at. They allow smoking, but have big garage doors they open so that you don't get "hot boxed". Food's surprisingly good & the drinks aren't over priced. Super loud when a band is playing, but that's a reason I go, so no complaints. Staff is pretty hit or miss, but it's been good the last couple of times I've been there. (I go about once per year now that I don't live in Murfreesboro)
