Food was good (what we received of it anyway.)Terrible customer service. We ordered catering for 100 people. My staff member went to pick it up because our event was in Rockvale. They went over the checklist of what our order should have in it. The Whitts staff said yes, everything was in there. Wrong. We found out they had left the potato salad out. They wouldn’t bring it to us. And the Whitts staff member lied and blamed my staff member. The coleslaw pan had a large hole in it and vinegar soaked my staff member’s car. They gave us no boxes for all that food. No plates or plastic ware. Will not return.
