Barrel Proof has been the best edition to Germantown!!! They treat everyone like family and take the time to get to know each person who walks through their door. Hunter, Holly, Rita, Victoria, Hector, Spencer, Jackie, Jason, Noel, Manny and Ryan are all incredible. The events they bring into Germantown are great and the involvement in the community is noteworthy. They know how to run a neighborhood bar and they are the best in the business. I love them.
Holly and hunter were very nice to me and my best friend and we had the time of our lives. The drinks are delicious and they had a recommendation for everything. They were so attentive and kind, even when my friend started crying about her ex boyfriend. Holly even came around the bar to hug her. I mean truly, an experience like no other. And the food? I mean just absolutely delicious

Loved the dark & mysterious but upscale, casual but flirtatious vibe of this place. Drinks as yooj but slightly pricier than others. Loved the fact that they serve food but not a huge fan of the ordering process. It’s confusing because you can’t place your food order at the bar but your drinks order have to be placed at the bar.
