“I came by this location a few nights ago to grab a bite to eat. I had several combos in my order and a lot of modifications. The lady in the drive through, I think she said her name was Cali, was so nice and perfectly repeated my order back to confirm. I am a frequent customer here and I am always happy with my visit when she's working. She also greeted me with a smile and good energies. She gave me crowns for my kiddos and waved saying you rule. “Burger King isn't much different no matter which one you go to, It's smokey and they will probably mess something up.The difference at this location is, most definitely, THE EMPLOYEES.In a world of zombies more interested in the distraction coming from a box in their hand... These hard working individuals are genuinely friendly and pay attention the teir customers needs.As good as they all are, there is still a standout. The woman who works the drive through window during lunch rush is amazing. She is calm, cool and collected in what can only be described as organized chaos.I feel horrible for not knowing her name, but if you have been here you know exactly who I am talking about.Kudos to the Charlotte Pike Burger King in Nashville. I would rather eat average food served by nice people than great food served by someone who thinks I am an inconvenience!!!!“
“I had the best customer service in the drive through that I’ve had in a while at BK. The guy was kind, friendly and even told me their tea is really sweet, that I should probably do half and half. “So, I walked into Burger King and ordered the largest sized serving of fries they had. (I was starving, and I can't eat gluten. Sorry Mr. Whopper.)One taste and you'll forget all about McDonald's. Seriously, these are the best fast food fries I've ever had. They were all crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, tasted like honest-to-God potatoes, and were perfectly seasoned. Not a bad fry in the bunch. The lady who took my order was very nice, and I got my fries quickly.Two caveats - first, these fries were HOT! Don't burn your mouth. I'm serious, they were really, really hot. Worlds better than cold soggy fries, but still. The second; their French fry servings are on the small side. Next time I jones for fries, I'll get two large orders.“
“This store was by far the best BK we have been to in a very long time!! Our order was 100% correct, service was spot on right down to the employee who was servicing the dining area. If you are in Nashville, you will not be disappointed if you choose to dine at this Burger King. I know we’ll go back!!Dietary restrictions: Have it your way went perfectly! “I came through the drive-thru pretty late, I just wanted to get 2 milkshakes. What I received was absolutely hands down the best Burger King service I have ever had. I admit, when waiting in line I was waiting patiently for just a moment. However, it was well worth the wait. Charles greeted me at the window and complimented my appearance as well as my vehicle. As he handed me the milkshakes, he discussed how he delicately hand-crafted the oreo milkshake as well as he perfected the consistency of the strawberry shake. Luckily there was nobody behind me so I was able to have a meaningful conversation with him. Anytime I ever go back to this Burger King I will be sure to ask for Charles!!“
“The food was fresh and hot. I can't give if five stars because I substituted onion rings for fries. I was only give 4 ring. Didn't even fill the container. I first thought they had spilled in the bottom of the sack but that wasn't the case... I was sort of shocked.“
“The energy at this place is freaking awesome! And the drive thru guy that works in the later part of the day is the best one around. If your day isn't going that great, it might not be a bad idea to stop by this place to order a drink if nothing else and there is a very high chance you'll leave in a better mood. And it's so nice to be talked to like a person rather than hearing what sounds like someone is reading from a script. The dude is funny and has such a great attitude. I will definitely be going back to this one. I had such a great experience and didn't even mind having to pull around to wait on fresh food. “I love fish sandwiches, they have the best at this burger king. It's made fresh Everytime and one fills me up. Their competition always cold, ho hum, expensive, need two to get full and they don't even taste that good but Burger King, I get full off of one and crispy hot tasty fish filet is perfect every time and at this location, the workers are super nice, younger black girl at the window was so nice and said it be a few minutes cuz they make it fresh . She wasn't in any hurry to push me through the line and then she handed me that sandwich with a cheerful smile. That means a lot to me, I'm a white man and sometimes at fast food places Im treated with racial bias. Not this place, not at all. If people start treating everyone without racial bias, the world would be a better place. I was impressed ?????. I give the a perfect 10 for all the way around. You need to give the girl at the window a raise. It's Sunday morning 4-7-24 and she worked Sunday morning. It's the way she treated me with respect that will bring me back countless times. Only thing I ask is. Back in 2010, burger king used to make a Cilantro and lime fish sandwich and it was the best I ever had. I recommend Burger King bring that sandwich back, it was by far the best I ever had. This Burger King rules the fast food world. Hopefully they set examples for others to follow, thanks again“
“Burger King at Opry Mills in Nashville is a well managed Burger King that has everything that you need in a Burger King and more. They are very efficient at getting everything together when you need it. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.“
“I ordered and a person handed me my coffee before I even finished saying coffee. The food was hot, ready, and they cranked a ton of people through in no time. That doesn’t happen on accident. It was good food served with the knowledge that we’re at the airport because we’re going somewhere.“
“The inside was some what clean, still had some minor trash on floor and by drink machine but otherwise clean. The food was served hot and fresh, the service was ok you could tell the employees were just there to work not happy but but not angry either.“
“First time going to this Burger King and honestly I didn’t think they were open because most fast food places open late and close early during winter storms but they were the ONLY place open in the area. Everyone else was closed. And there was just one employee there taking orders, making food, and walking the food out to customers. And on top of that they were so nice. They deserve a raise in my opinion. I was there at 6:15am on 01/20/24. If I’m in this area, I’m skipping all the other fast food joints and coming back here. If I could give more stars I would. Good job yall.“
“Both evening and morning crews have been young folk. They seem to get along well and I enjoyed watching them smile and have fun while doing their jobs. “Very friendly staff! The place looks great after the remodel, too. This is one place I don’t hesitate going through the drive through, even with my picky kids. There’s only been one time they got my order wrong, and they didn’t hesitate to remedy the mistake quickly and with a smile. No questions asked. Also, the food is always freshly made, and cooked perfectly! Love this location!Dietary restrictions: They have no problems making your order as specified, adding/omitting items as requested.Parking: Around 20+ spots available, in their own parking lot; not shared with another business. Easy access with 3 separate entrances/exits.Kid-friendliness: They have a full kid’s menu, with several options.“
