I've never been a morning person but now that I start work at 7am it makes it much easier coming to this place to get coffee and being greeted with a smile and professionalism. “I had a late order (30 minutes before closing) of drinks and donuts but, wasn’t sure what assortment of donuts were on hand. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ultimate plus, how fresh the donuts tasted and my favorite flavor blueberry was not showing online but, there were plenty of them as munchkins in the case. Even spending a little more, I was very pleased. Highly recommend this location to everyone! I was a resident here 28 years and recently moved to NC and this by far has been the best Dunkin’ experience!“
“Just have to brag on this location real quick! First of all, I usually come here in the mornings or around lunchtime and they're always swamped, but the employees constantly work quickly & diligently to make sure everyone gets excellent service. Today I went at a less busy time though, and I mobile ordered when I was a block away (drink + food item) and they were ready and waiting for me on the counter by the time I got there! Everything was made correctly and tasted amazing as well. Keep up the good work!!“

“This location is always really good. Today I placed a mobile order and I messed it up, and the lady in the drive through was very patient and let me place a second order. She was amazing. HOWEVER, someone who seemed to be a manager walked past and was shouting "why are they still in my drive thru!?" while the window is still clearly open. Why is this person treating the staff this way?? Instead of allowing your employee to help solve a customer issue for better quality customer service, you're more worried about keeping your times down. Do better. Great otherwise!“
“It's early in the morning on a December day when I was greeting kindly with genuine smiles from management and staff! The service team running the store flawlessly are highly motivated in each position front and back--I could see their hustle and they treated each of us with dignity and honest kindness! The selection and prices are nearly or at half the cost of other well known cafes! They made sure I was ok and they paid attention to me as a person not just as a number! The ambiance was comforting as well! I enjoyed looking at the items on display and they have some awesome tea and really beautiful tumblers. Again, everyone was extremely kind in a heartfelt way. I enjoyed this donut and the coffee--I'll be back at least 2x a week! See you soon at Dunkin' ^_^“
“I wanted to quickly stop somewhere & pick up coffee to bring to an office where I had an appointment. I wanted to get 6 coffees, but didn't know size or what was good, etc. They were extremely helpful & quick. I told the woman helping me what I wanted, & she quickly recommended exactly what I was looking for. It was fast, friendly service, & the coffee was a hit at the office! Definitely recommend.“
“In a world full of negative reviews, I'm going to leave a positive one. This morning around 7:30 - 7:40am (7/31/23) I was the only car in line. My order was taken by a young man who was polite and kind. I asked for a packet of Splenda, but all they had was a container, so I said never mind to the sugar. However, this boy took the time to bring the Splenda container to the window with my coffee cup and have me tell him how much to add! I was so appreciative of him because I do not like super sweet coffee. He was so nice about it!I've had more good than bad experiences at this location. Not only does good customer service go a long way, but so does a customers kindness when ordering. Regardless, I'll always support my local Dunkin' :)“
“Service is always fast here and the renovations are so clean and cute! Highly recommend everyone get the app for ordering ahead tho because it can get busy especially in the mornings and at lunch time. PSA you get a 2$ medium coffee on the app for the whole month of Feb!“
