“Jersey Mikes at Madison was great! It was my first time trying it out and they did NOT disappoint. From the minute I got there a gentleman took my order and gave me options. Dianna prepared my sub, was very friendly, and always used her gloves! The place overall was neat & did not see any trash laying around. The food was delicious and FRESH! I will definitely be coming back and will be using them for a catering event, soon!“

“I have never been to this Jersey Mike’s location until today, and have not been in a while so was confused. The lady helping me was very patient and explained everything to me perfectly! Loved her and my sandwich turned out perfect and was packed! Loved this experience 10/10.“

“Fresh and yummy subs were a hit tonight. We were craving a good fresh sandwich, and JM's delivered. We opted for the giant because we were hongry, and we made the right choice. Feeds 2 hungry people or 3-4 if not so hungry. Our order was delivered, and it was correct. We will be ordering again in the future.“

“This is a good store with speedy service and consistent food quality. It is always crowded from 11-2 and 4-6 and the parking is a hassle, but there is only one additional sandwich shop in Green Hills beyond this one and it is not as tasty and fresh.Parking: Parking is a nightmare dduring the day because of all of the shops and the additional restaurant in the strip mall location. People drive crazy in and out and a post 6pm arrival is recommended if you want to escape without issue.“

“It was clean inside, not packed. The food was just as we ordered and was ready in a good amount of time. I’m not sure who the young lady was that was working( around 1930 on 9/15) but she was so kind and patient, however, she was also the only employee working. She kept on pushing through and made it happen! It sounds silly, but I am so thankful for her willingness to work and feed people that came in!“

“Just left here and the staff was extremely kind. I really appreciate them paying attention to details! Our order was customized to add more options and only have cheese on half, the bag even had "cheese" written on it with an arrow to indicate which side had the cheese! It's the little things and I appreciate it!!!!“

“Staff were outstanding and positive. Very busy when we arrived. They did a great job of getting us through.Mayo seemed a bit aged/dried out. Lettuce had obvious brown/oxidized areas. Sandwihlch was bathed in vinegar (which I was ok with, but other patrons may not appreciate. Not the standard we are used to with JM, but good enough in a rush.“

Y’all talk about the employees’ looks and call them morons, and from what I can tell, most of your complaints are because you had difficulty reading the menu or “didn’t get enough meat”.A. The people look fine. The tattoos are fine. The earrings are fine.B. None of you need any more meat. Believe me when I say that this community eats PLENTY of meat. Your LDLs probably average 250.C. They are not morons. They are people and are working. These are sandwiches. Not life or death. Chill people.D. I would probably be a lot more rude to all of you if you acted even the slightest bit in person like you do on the internet.So my update review is: I like this place. The food has been good consistently and everyone seems to be working quite hard.“
