“What a Great Location, Great food, Service! My only complaint...is the blonde hostess at the door. I've been in several times and I have yet to see her Smile. Acts very disconnected when she is seat patrons. ALWAYS! The disappointing part, is management doesn't catch on....or, they don't care.“

Beautiful restaurant and One of the best Caesar salads in town. Only 4 stars bc the servers aren't that personable ..every time i come.“

“My husband and I are from out of town, NC. We were looking for a nice restaurant away from all the downtown bars. I did a lot of searching and googling restaurants around downtown and I found Frankies! I was so happy I did bc my husband and I had a great night! It was a Saturday so it was bus; we had reservations but still had to wait only 5-10 mins. The waiter was honest about helping us make choices, and the manager was helping our section, too! She was so sweet! My husband and I order the tray that has meat and cheese then got bread. I guess since the Manager took our order our waiter forgot our entrees but honestly we didn’t realize we have been waiting too long bc of the two starts and great conversations. But because they forgot and we had to wait the Manager gave us our desserts for free. The level of responsibility and care for us was amazing! The manager and I got to talk a little as we left and I got to thank her. She really is so nice but the whole staff was amazing, too, like 3 people on our way out told us thank you! I think the prices were great and fair. I have a small plate restaurant in NC that charges more. Will try to come back on future trips!!“

“Had to stop in and compare to Brooklyn, and I have to say they definitely delivered! While definitely not the same experience as New York the pizza was definitely great and up to par. Really a perfect pizza. Was able to enjoy some really great local beers as well. I highly recommend.“

“North Italia was a hit for our Christmas meal. I did not want to spend half the day in the kitchen this year and wanted convenience and a great meal. I found the family pack to go meals while searching online and it’s a excellent deal. We chose the lagsagna family pack which included a large Ceasar salad, huge loaf of garlic bread, lasagna for 4 to 6 and tiramisu. We picked it up last night to heat and seve today. Bravo North Italia. This meal was absolutely delicious and there is plenty for 2 people to have for 3 nights. At the time of our purchase it was only $65.00 plus tax. We will do this again. Thanks again to the young lady that took my order and to the Manager Zane that called to confirm my order.“

“Had craving for some pizza. I always like to try smaller places for pizza. And they did not disappoint. We got a meat lovers and a chicken alfredo. The pizza was so fresh. Nice and hot. Toppings were good. The chicken Alfredo hit the spot. It wasn't any different than any other place. But was still delicious. Overall a great meal.“

“The SUB was very delicious, they take a bit long time to get the order but no big deal, staff were nice even the kids they were so excited to serve and help mashallah. Only one thing is not making me feel I was treated with honesty is the price! I order the sub which is $12 and a diet Coca-Cola for $2.99 but I paid $19.08. “Have a near-perfect vacation until I visited Tailgate Brewery in the airport. I fell in love with Nashville everywhere great services and kindness. When it was time to say goodbye to Nashville I saw Tailgate Brewery that caught my attention and the business concept at the airport. Me and my wife decided to eat at Tailgate and try their beers. Honestly the food was great pizza and wings were delicious, the orange wheat beer very good flavor BUT; THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. Hannah need more training in customer service Hannah is not attentive, she did not offer us enamelware. I spent 40 dollars for a good service but, she is rude, she has a bad attitude, she was never friendly, never smile and she got upset because I asked for enamelware, she wanted me to supplicated her to give me enamelware. I was not happy with her attitude and asked her to call the manager then she told me that was a baby. Recommendation they should train their employees better to provide good service. THE FOOD AND BEER ARE VERY DELICIOUS.“
