The restaurant is well over hyped considering the absolute lack of hospitality. A small group of ladies came to celebrate a girls weekend- and were met with an insane amount of rules, and pushback, and general inflexibility. We were held to a minimum spend, and told there was simply no other option even though our group got smaller- then an attempt was made to charge an additional 75 dollars to bridge the gap from our dinner cost and the 900+ tax dollar spend. For 6 people. Plus automatic gratuity. The manager was intolerable, and egotistical and very clearly has not had any hospitality training. He spoke to our group disrespectfully with blatant disregard for any common decency. We were appalled. I would recommend skipping this place, and spend your money at one of the lovely restaurants in the city without such an inflated ego. The rest of the city is terrific and we had the most wonderful experience but this place is the ultimate LOW point of Nashville.

Every single item we ordered was phenomenal! Our 2 year old also enjoyed his pasta dish. The pork chop with clams was a unique dish to me, not something I’m used to seeing and it was excellent, we used the sour dough bread to dip into the broth. We nearly licked our plates clean! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Overall really good! I think my only negative comment was that the sourdough bread came with seaweed butter which was missing that nice salt factor, but not the end of the world. Awesome restaurant, awesome food, awesome drinks.

This restaurant was in my bucket list for a long time. Postpone and postpone because of my procrastination. Finally booked! (Drama Part was booked wrong date and luckily found out day before There was one spot left.)This is new American restaurant. I know several years ago Main chef is Philip Krajeck, provide seasonal cuisine. The building used to be a boiler factory. Ambience is easy and chill. The menu change every several time and some star dishes will always keep. Average cost is 65/person. It is super popular and need to make the reservation 2-3 weeks before. Otherwise only have some late time spot available. Some recommendation1 sourdough bread almost every table all order this. It is with seaweed butter butter. You can also taste coffee flavor inside. It is a good appetizer. Cannot say amazing, but consider 7 bucks prize. I think it is worth to order(pic 4)2 Dry aged beef tartare (pic 3)this one is super good! Full of creative. Especially the first bite!(I say this because full all feel too much especially I am not a cheese fan). The Main body tastes like cream sauce. Then contains fresh beef tartare, stracciatella cheese(it have a super smooth texture) mushroom, pickle thing to counter the grease and give some sour taste. Overall taste pretty balance. Highly recommend.3 They Total have 5 pasta, they normally have pasta section.+protein section in their menu. For pasta Part. There are 3 recommendationAgnolotti this one they use hand made agnolotti, it is a pillow like shape ravioli filled with cheese. I am not that into cheese So didn't order this oneGarganelli this is also home made fresh pasta. Didn't order thisRigatoni :mentioned this dish is always in the menu even other are keeping change. Because it is so popular. Must to order (pic5)it is so flavorful. There are pork ragu inside(ragu is potato and miced pork)tomato, parmesan. Imagining the pasta fully coated with sauce. And each bite can feel all different flavor. I cannot stop eating it. So I finished pasta And each take out the sauce...mixed with noodle/use this make a soup. Still Very delicious4 proteinWe only order 1. It is also for the long time as a dish stick to the menu-pastured chicken(pic7)it is also pretty tasty. I am pretty full that time. The portion is huge. The chicken is very juicy and coated with fresh feeling sauce. Have Lemon flavor and also garlic confit inside(it is popular to use confit. Like in French restaurant always use duck fat confit duck, beef fat confit beef. -use raw material immerse inside their own fat/oil. So garlic have less fat content, in this case using butter to confit. In this case. The garlic flavor will rich and strong also not that spicy. Garlic piece cooked and tasty. This is a good idea to introduce This Inside The dish)5 I am too full to order the dessert. Cocktail is ok but not top. So I will not do the recommendation.

We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our server was Steven. It was an absolute delight to dine there. Everything was perfect. We chose to sit in the patio which has lovely music and beautiful decoration and giving that area a charming vibe. My husband had old fashion and I had a Mezcal based cocktail which was so flavorful. We had a smoked beetroot salad which was so fresh, crunchy and nutty. We ordered the chicken which was the best I ever had. So soft and flavorful. My husband went for the trout and shrimp which tasted very fresh and the lemon sauce has a different twist to it. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained our many questions about the menu. Their menu changes often given they obtain their raw material from local farms. This in my opinion was true experience of farm to table. Would visit again.

Absolutely incredible experience. Service was phenomenal, especially the bar team. By the end of the night everyone we interacted with felt more like friends than staff! Food was also phenomenal. Got the beets as an app, rigatoni and linguine for the entrees, and a blood orange ice cream dessert. Can't remember exact names of the cocktails we got but those were made fantastic as well. Add in the consistent ambiance too and this is a new favorite spot for my girlfriend and I. Highly recommend whether visiting or a local!

If you love food. This is your place. The food and service deserve 10 stars. For those who are interested in how to run a successful restaurant, visit Rolf & Daughters and take notes. This is an example of a restaurant that trains their staff and with a system that will make a wonderful dining experience and a wonderful experience for the staff. They work together as a team. The staff are all so welcoming and really a huge part of making this place many steps above most restaurants with a menu this amazing.Anything you order comes to your table made and presented with perfection. This is the best food and the best service I’ve experienced in a long time.I recommend ordering at least one appetizer with every meal.No matter what you order, you’re going to love. Every bite explodes with flavor. The atmosphere is also great. Very chill. Whether you eat inside or outside its a great atmosphere for a date night or, with family and friends. Its kid friendly as well. I highly recommend Rolf and Daughters.
