“We had a great time dining in. The food was good, the only thing was the steak was a bit charred on the outside (medium well) and gave off burnt taste also the sitting was a bit tight (booth for 6 people). Other than that I liked everything. Our server was amazing and the ambience was good.“

“Came here to celebrate a birthday dinner and its was all first class! After drinks, we shared a Caesar Salad that was just perfect. For me, dinner was the NY Strip and she had the Filet Mignon. No question, the best NY Strip I have ever had! For dessert, we split the chocolate cake and were completely satisfied with our evening. Our server, Tatianna, was fantastic. Can't say enough about her impeccable service. This was a great evening and highly recommend this establishment.“

“The food was the best of the entire trip! We ordered the seafood tower and a bunch of other dishes. Plan on sharing! The portions are huge. Make sure to get reservations, or you might be waiting a very long time. But it is worth it! Average of $100 per person. Including drinks.“

“This place is all about the details.- Parking directly below the restaurant was much easier than eating on Broadway.- We noted on the reservation this was an anniversary dinner. The menu and dessert plate had "happy anniversary" emblazoned across them. We're not anti-alcohol but didn't order any drinks; a manager brought out two glasses of Sicilian sparkling lemonade in lieu of champagne.- The steak options were brought out and explained, from origin to rarity to signature presentation. We just went for filets but man, we can see how the prices of A-5 Wagyu or an Australian tomahawk are justified. Even their more "standard" steaks are from a family-owned ranch operating 130 years.- The seafood tower had dry ice embedded so they could pour a little water and have it billowing fog on the table.- All the staff were tops. Our waiter, Brady, gets huge marks for personality, attentiveness, and depth of answers to our questions. Even returned from the bathroom to find he had folded my napkin into a triangle.- Bathrooms had a signature scented candle made by a local candle shop.- Everything was delicious. Appetizers, entrees, desserts -- excellent flavor/seasoning/pairing and meticulous presentation. Never before had someone ask me to cut a steak through the middle as they brought it to ensure it was cooked perfectly to order.We only get out for a nice dinner a couple times per year but have determined this place will get a return visit over Virago, Bourbon Steak, The Twelve Thirty Club, Jeff Ruby's, and 5th & Taylor. Unless we're looking for live music or a rooftop view, the details at Harper's win.“

“My daughter took me yesterday for their Mother’s Day Brunch. It was divine. We had the French Toast stuffed with lemon cream with fruit compote and powdered sugar, it was a shareable which was a perfect size. Then my daughter enjoyed their Hot Crab Cakes with a pickle cabbage slaw, which of course she let me sample, I loved the flavor and the spice was just right. I was jealous, but only a minute because I had the Corned Beef Hash with Sunnyside eggs with an aioli sauce which literally sent my taste buds to happiness. We also enjoyed Strawberry Jalapeño Margaritas. But, I love a restaurant where everyone is wishing for everyone’s food which tells you everything is delicious as well as our service. Bravo to Chef Jordan for her talent. We will be back.“

“Spent a week in Nashville. Ate at some great restaurants, even the very expensive Jack Daniels restaurant in Opryland hotel. This place topped them all. Very reasonably priced. Steak was the best I had all week. Wish I had found it earlier I. The week. A definite Re-Do nextime.“

“Nice restaurant with great options for seafood and steak.Our Server Lee was great and very professional.Steak was fantastic, I recommend Medium or Medium Rare.The fries went very well with the steak and did not taste overly like Truffle.Fried Chicken was OK, I do not recommend buying it and instead get the steak.The sides are very solid, pretty much any of them will be satisfactory and complement the entrees.“

“Food 5/5 This is the best $25 I spent on a hot meal in a long time! I was not expecting to order lamb, I was thinking some sort of chicken at the steakhouse, I know, I know, but I wasn't in the mood for a heavy steak. The chops came with sautéed spinach and creamy mashed potatoes. Service 5/5 I sat at the bar and the waitress:bartender was help on me selecting my dinner. This was a bomb recommendation. I had food leftover to take home, because they gave me 5 nice sized lamb chops. Ambiance 3/5 Bar was clean and empty, so I had space to myself. No complaints. There are a couple TVs to catch the game while seated at the bar.“

“Overall, the experience was excellent! The servers were very nice, patient and accommodating. The drinks were very tasty. I recommend the old fashioned, lemon drop or pineapple juice with tequila. The fried lobster appetizer was very good. (I could've eaten that all night.) The soul roll is really good and filling! The greens and mac and cheese are ???! It's done RIGHT. I didn't care for the bbq pork appetizer or my catfish. My catfish tasted like "lake" in the worst way. It was cooked and presented very well; it looked amazing. I just couldn't get past the taste. Maybe it was just that batch. I will definitely return!!!“

“You have to try this place in Nashville. We had the Roasted Brussel Sprouts and they were good. The Burger was so tasty that I wanted to change my order from the Meatloaf. The staff was incredible, I left my wallet and the staff ran me down to give it back. The Atmosphere was celebratory as a number of patrons were there for various graduations(Vanderbilt). The Meatloaf with Gouda Grits made me fall in love with this southern comfort food again. It was paired with melt in your mouth sweet carrots. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the dressing made the salad greens pop. I now have an appreciation for bread again after the biscuits. They give you butter, however it is not needed because they taste so flavorful without it. I highly recommend this place. I fell in love with meatloaf again.“

“Absolutely had an amazing evening. We were there for a celebration of my son's graduation and were treated to a fantastic meal, excellent service, and a very beautiful setting looking out over the Delta area and lights. Having the waterfall nearby was a wonderful background constant that also helped to keep other table conversations around us seem non existent while still allowing us to hear everyone at our table easily. Thank you for an incredible evening!“

“Came for a decently priced meal away from down town and found it here. The portion sizes are pretty big for the price and everything we ordered tasted great. Now, the service. The service was fantastic! I can't remember names, but the waitress and the young woman she was overwatching/ training were awesome. Our entertainment for the evening. I'll be coming back again for some "respirator" shots!“

“My husband and I are here for the first time. He surprised me with a date night. What a wonderful and delightful surprise it was. The service was top notch A1 hands down best service I’ve ever received. Danielle was attentive, kind, caring and knowledgeable! The food was seasoned to perfection, I had the lamb chops with the baked sweet potato and he had the 8oz ribeye with the loaded baked potato, the salad bar was super fresh with a nice variety. The dessert was amazing!!! We had the banana foster there and we ordered the brownie cheesecake, carrot cake, the lemon cake to go for our kids at home. My husband and I have decided to make this our new spot!!! Special thanks again to our server Danielle!!!“

“My reservation was set for 5pm, I arrived around 4:30pm. Even though I was early the staff accommodated me. My original table was near the main entrance and I asked to move to another table and they fulfilled my request with no problem. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My server Alyssa was delightful. She recommended certain menu items, my food was delicious and service was impeccable. I definitely recommend Ruth Chris on West End/ Nashville.“

“The steak & lobster came out perfect ; the veggies were delicous; the fried shrimp needed to be fried in fresh oil, I took breading off & shrimps were plump & tasty!...All in all it was a good trip there; beware though that Almost all their mixed drinks come out super- sugarry!!!Parking: Limited handicap spots= 3.“

“Second time going to this one. First time was exceptional. This time there was a noticeable decline in service. Steaks were ordered with truffle butter, that was not on the steaks when they came out. Then the steaks were a little over cooked (not bad enough to send back on Mother's Day). There was also no one that followed up with were your steaks cooked to your liking or anything like that. So probably steaks were out 10 minutes before they brought out two frozen slices of truffle butter. Also drink refills were slow, just slow enough to notice but not complain. Disappointed. Wife and son were happy otherwise the rating would have been less.“

“Normally, The Palm hits on their steaks. This instance was a miss. Filet and NY Strip ordered medium rare, both over charred and tough. Questionable on the ‘prime’ rating. Not terrible enough to return, just off for the price and expectation. MacNCheese side was really good and the Gigi Salad was amazing.“
