“Had a free medium pizza from this location. It had marina as the sauce with the garlic hand-tossed crust. Half Italian sausage/Half Chicken and bacon on entire pie. It was completed in 20 minutes and to my door still hot. The delivery guy was friendly and professional. It was one of the pizzas we've had. Happy Pi Day! Kudos to the team working on 3/14 at 5pm“

“This is the best dominos in the Arlington area! I'm a dominos lover but I use to be disappointed in other locations. This is a fairly new location and so far I absolutely love it and everyone that works there!! I always order online and always ask for extra sauce and they ALWAYS put extra, unlike some other locations or other companies. The food is always done right and taste fresh!! I will say that it seems like this place is understaffed, like most places right now, but they do not let that affect the food! Last night I ordered for carry out and when I went inside to pick up I just couldn't get over how crazy busy they were! It was wild how fast and efficiently they were working, I was so impressed by the girls working the counter, even in the chaos they kept their cool and were very friendly! I really really hope dominos appreciates their staff, especially in this new age of constantly being understaffed! Y'all be kind to restaurant employees! You really don't understand the stuff they put up with every single day!“

“I have ordered pizza online from this location, ahead of time, many times for classes at my agency. They are always ready on time, always piping hot, and the staff is always helpful. A couple of days ago, when someone had accidentally charged me tax (we are tax exempt), I called to ask the manager for assistance. I expected to have to wait a few days or to appeal to a district manager. It was immediately credited it to my card and within a few minutes was taken care of in a fast and friendly manner. I am extremely happy with this location and would recommend it as a great place to order and pickup pizza!“
“A word to the owner/manager...don't take orders that should be for the Arbrook Dominos. They have a horrible reputation and it will reflect on you when you do. I ordered from you to avoid them and I find out that now you are no longer delivering in their area and transferring the orders to them. We don't want to do business with them!. That store is a disaster. It proved as said. Our order was delivered wrong. All said and done...it took 2 hours to finally get our simple order correctly. The manager could have cared less. He was very rude. If you don't want their bad reviews, don't take their orders any more. Make the customer call them instead. I'm very unhappy I can't use a different Dominos ( your store) to get the service acustomer should get. And they want to be paid more and they're treated badly...Oh...Oh....AAAAHAHAHAHA“
