Service was great except when I arrived, a young hostess dropped some items by accident. A woman who appears to be the manager started talking to her like she's a child. Later I see the girl bring meat to the table. Some of the meat had a lot of fat. The fried food came to the table warm due to it not being cooked to order. Rice cakes were hard & chewy, The waiter was nice and helped us pick the best chicken I had in a while. I will dine at this place again.
This place usually has good food and my friends and I have been here a bunch of times before with no issue. This time around we walked in on a Tuesday at lunch time. We waited a few minutes before being brought past a LOT of empty tables and booths (they do not take reservations) where we were seated at the end of a long table that was already occupied. The food is ALWAYS outstanding!! The service is a hit or miss. Some hosts hate that we ask for a live menu and give a dirty look, some are just the best at what they do! Some waiters just serve, because they don't have enough staff at the moment and they are running crazy. And then you have some that are top notch. We go here at least 2 to 3 times a month!
