“Before I start off, I would like to say that I absolutely enjoy this chicken. Ive never had an issue at the location until tonight. So my go to spice is medium because it has a nice kick to it, not to spicy but flavorful. Last time I came it tasted really spicy like hot and I didnt say anything because it wasn't a big deal and they were busy. But tonight I came through the drive thru got the same spice level (medium) and went home to eat it. I bite into it and the spice just hits me. So l yes I ate it but I called and asked if the ingredients changed and the lady said no, and I said it tastes really spicy and b4 I finished she replied with "mhm okay bye bye." Please hire people with customer service skills. I wasnt rude but if I was the manger I would like to make things right by maybe checking how they are making it spicy for future orders.“

“Food was delicious and service was great, but it was too pricey. I got the chicken biryani and it was over $15 (advertised on the menu as $13, but then they charged me extra for rice??? I believe that was an overcharge because biryani is just rice). The portion they gave me was enough for two people. They should offer smaller portions sizes at lower prices.“

“Me and my boyfriend had came here yesterday after the gym as he was here before and recommended it. Wasn't busy at all when we entered. I got the sandwich with beef gyro and chicken while my boyfriend ordered a platter with the same meats. It was delicious, the beef gyro was amazing and so flavorful. Friendly staff and good portions too. Overall we left full and satisfied, would come to The Halal Guys again :)“

“I didn't eat there. I stopped to borrow the restroom and everyone was very kind. One of the employees was standing outside and even opened the door for me as I had a sleeping toddler in my arms. You really don't see that kind of genuine kindness anymore so it really left a great impression. I do plan on dining one day soon.“
