These are the best fried pies by far! The CRUST! THE CRUST! Just like my dear departed mother's! Ingredients are the same with all pie crust but Mom said it was all in the technique. The hand. Evidently Mindy Lu must use a similar technique. I was introduced to Mindy Lu here in Del Río at the 5 Points convenience store about 4 months ago when there was an ownership change.
