All good and all authentic by Chicago standards... and I grew up on this type of food. But don't let them put cheese sauce on anything. That's Philly style! Get the Maxwell Street Polish and fries. Ketchup can go on your fries but keep it away from your Polish (and dawg) please. Leave room for their chocolate cake which is better than anywhere else in the US. If you are a total glutton, get the Chocolate Cake Shake which blends a whole piece of that cake into a shake.
