“My husband and I have always seen this Pho shop but weren't too impressed until we saw they are under new management now. We walked in and was immediately greeted by the lovely staff.We sat down and the booth was spacious and clean. The menus were beautiful and easy to read with all the prices labeled. We both ordered the large Pho bowls with flank beef to and extra meatballs, also two orders of their crispy eggs rolls.While we waited on our food, we noticed there were many condiments to choose from and everything was clean, not sticky and well maintained.This was the first Pho restaurant we have been to that had pickled garlic!! It was DELICIOUS! Also, lemme tell you that the chili oil is SPICY SPICY so use sparingly but oh my goodness so flavorful!!We received our food quickly, and everything was piping hot. The egg rolls and the sauce that it comes with was AMAZING! The sauce had a slight spice to it, but quickly turned into just flavor after a few chews. We devoured our food and made sure to leave a good tip in the tip jar.I think it is ran by a family. They really do care about the quality of their food.Be courteous and always stack your plates and clean up your mess before you leave so it is easy clean up for the staff member when you leave. It's a nice way to let the restaurant know you were completely satisfied with your meal.Our waters stayed filled and the water was cold and delicious.Thank you so much! We will be back!!“

“Although, I've eaten at different locations, I've gone to this Chuy's several times over the years. It's hard for me to give it five stars, though. The service is inconsistent at best. Service matters to me more than anything. I've patronized when they've been slow, kinda busy and when the place is jumping and nothing is any different with the speed of service. They blame it on lack of staffing. But, if you are lacking a full staff, those managers need to come out of the kitchen and get to bussing tables and becoming waiters. I've never seen that happen. I saw several tables that sat dirty for 20 minutes or more and the young lady cleaning had zero sense of urgency to get them cleaned so guests could be seated. May be why it took almost an hour to be seated. The logic behind why six or less can be seated in 10-15 minutes and 7-10 can take 45-60 minutes eludes me. Let's talk logistics and see if you can make it make sense. Heads up-you can't! The place was packed but if the tables could get cleaned faster, things may go smoother, people can get in and out and more customers would be served to a higher degree. The food is good. Love the Boom Boom Sauce! The service just needs quite a bit of focus group attention to get better. Our server was happy and nice. However, some of our food came out cold and we had to request items more than once.“

“We have tried many ramen places in Dallas from ten ramen to oni ramen and still make the drive to piranha killer. Definitely worth the drive I love getting the shoyu. Sushi is also killer here (no pun intended) breaking bad roll is excellent. Service has always been speedy, friendly and professional. The waits for being seated during busy hours are never as bad as they say. The decor from the seating to the paintings on the walls feel real cozy and cool! Definitely recommend“

“My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time. They are sweet, balanced, with just the right level of spirits. All the flavors are named after Super Heroes and my partner and I are nerds so we loved that, they also leave a sweet aftertaste instead of the malt liquor taste which is amazing. With how good it tasted I was worried I’d get a hang over but I’m writing this from my morning gym session and I feel amazing. I’d also recommend the gummy worm shots!
