“This has been one of my favorite bars in Austin since they first opened and it has only grown in popularity since then. The frozen Irish coffee is as good as you've been led to believe and the atmosphere is peak dive bar but with an impressive selection of spirits and a cocktail menu with some serious thought that went into it. I've yet to try the food at Delray but I've heard really good things. I'll update the review if the food merits it's own mention!“

“The Chicken pho was absolutely delicious!! The flavors were clean and fresh. I had the jalapeño hibiscus Paloma drink as a special treat. The drink was refreshing although it had a smoke flavor rim. For dessert I had an oar milk chia latte. The restaurant on a weekday was packed around 1pm but around 1:30 pm it cleared out some. It is a small restaurant with delicious food. The restaurant was very loud. There is seating outside too.I had to drive around to find parking and finally I parked near the food trucks and paid for parking. The parking lot they have is very small. The service was great. ?“

“A great place to hangout with your friends, with ample outdoor and indoor seating, good tasting beers, and yum food. They also have a number of games available for you to play with your friends. Parking is no issue at all and service is fast too.“

“Ended up in Austin for a night and looked for a local place to get some grub, and we found Crown & Anchor Pub. I can't even express how pleased I am with our experience, it was busy all night but never overcrowded, the staff was quick, on top of it, and the most friendly humans I've ran into in the service industry in years. The food came out fast and hot and delicious. Big John was very friendly and definitely made an impression on this group from Portland OR.Vegetarian options: They had veggie burger and veggie dog options, as well as grilled cheese, the ability to omit toppings on things like the nachos. I got a veggie burger, and it was really good!“

Met a couple of groups who had come for their last days before getting hitched..Met michaele who stands and delivers at the roof top.. a complete rockstar..she punches hard.. see her make some mean cocktail..most of the time she is making four drinks simultaneously like the goddess with 4 hands.Very nice finale to austin. “This is what it's all about. I'd love to comment on the cocktail menu, but its been hard for me to stray from cold bottles of high life and shots here. It just feels so fitting in a spot like this and something about drinking a cocktail underneath lamps that look like they're made from human skin just doesn't feel right...yet. Fiercely independent in its decor and general atmosphere, this might not be a stop for bachelorette parties, but it's absolutely a stop for me. The thing about Mama Dearest is that it isn't out to please everyone, it's out to please the weird little freaks out there and I respect that so much. In a world of bars desperately competing to be spliced into a viral TikTok video, Mama Dearest simply wants you to admire their bad taxidermy and drink. We need more of that.Shout out to Jake and the rest of the bar staff for being so welcoming and genuinely fun to talk to. “My boyfriend and I were in town to paddle board and wanted something yummy afterwards with a dive bar feel. Nailed it!! This place was legit. Their bacon wrapped buffalo chicken was so good, and their burger and Parmesan fries, also amazing. This will be our place every time we are in Austin.“

“Cute little gathering spot with some great cocktails. I’m not sure I would call it a restaurant and it’s not really a “bar atmosphere” either. Nonetheless, the food was good and drinks were great too. One suggestion would be to combine the olive plate with the cheese board and just add a few bucks to the cheese board. There was only one piece of cheese on the board but it was, in fact, delicious. Guess it was meant to be the star of the show! The burger was good. It was a unique take on the classic burger. The papas fritas were some of the best I’ve ever had. I could have eaten the whole plate by myself.I definitely think this would be a fun place to invite a large group and sit at the shared big table.I’d give Bar Toti a 4.7.Parking: Valet is the way to go“

“I recently moved into the area a few months ago and found this place not to far from my house. They do trivia every Thursday and it has become our households biweekly activity. I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere and how delicious all of their food is. The view tex martini is my number one order and well worth the price. I am looking forward to their new menu coming out in a few days and hope they don't get rid of the viet tex martini.“

“Volstead is a great little spot sharing a back patio with Hotel Vegas. There is a food truck that's pretty good, and hotel Vegas always has good bands. They often have bands that share the back patio. Numerous events happen there all the time. Take a friend and go see some music. Volstead will occasionally/ often have a DJ bumping some good dancing tunes. See you get an electronic element in contrast to Hotel Vegas live bands. Usually when hotel Vegas has a cover, Volstead will frequently still be free. And the patio will be free.“

“A group of us visited the dirdie birdie on Sunday on our bachelorette trip. It was the perfect way to end the trip. Each and everyone of us were impressed with the putt putt course, drinks, service, and food. I highly highly recommend visiting the dirdie birdie. I’m sad that there is only one and can’t wait to see if they open more. There is a full service “caddy” on the “green” and each hole is super unique. After we finished the course, we sat down for brunch and were surprised by just how FABULOUS the food was. If ever in Austin again we will definitely be stopping by again!“

“More like a 3.5 but rounding up. We stopped in for one drink at Icenhauer's while exploring Rainey during the day. It was pretty empty inside but they had a DJ set up on the front porch. The bartender was super nice and friendly. I was interested in trying the Katie but it honestly didn't taste that great to me. I think it wasn't quite sweet enough or something was a little off with the mix of ingredients. Nate got the Ashley, which was like a spicy margarita, and that was really good. I'd definitely order that one again.“

“Best neighborhood bar in Austin. The service is exceptional if you know what you want. It's too crowded at times for boneheads that don't know how to order. The food is from Pool Burger downstairs which has an exceptional veggie burger if you have one of "those" in your group. Go there and share a pitcher with friends. Plus, they have White Claws.“

“Ok. You NEED to come here! We were scouring Austin area to find some good food after a museum trip. The service ALONE was reason enough to come back. They legit treat you like family the minute you walk in. The food was delicious: catfish Poboy, crabcake, red beans and rice, corn dogs for kids. Every single thing was incredible, fulllll of flavor and came out in 10 minutes. We also had an old fashioned. Deliciously made, and GREAT price!!! Trust me, this is worth the visit! No servers but people continually come up to check on you, self serve water. We will be back EVERY time we visit Austin!!“
