“I ordered a large family combo. They were very helpful within my order and while waiting I got offered a free drink. Very attentive and polite. Really liked the atmosphere, I felt very welcomed and all my condiments were in the bag. Also I got fresh biscuits for my order. Thank you guys !!“

“Just visited there. the new owners are so welcoming. and the new menu is great. had the Hawaiian Burger. Undoubtedly the best burger i have ever had in long time. love the surprise of pineapple in the burger. definitely coming back to try the other burgers.“

“Ordered a kids meal online, and it was easy (and well priced using their app). I ordered and made it a few minutes early, but my food was already ready for pickup. lady at counter was very nice, as i got my kids food bag and left. The place looked very clean and staff seemed very patient, helpful (it didnt look frantically busy but drive through was busy but not chaotic). Nice place...will return!“

“Walked from Hampton Inn Suites on Lavaca to Cane's for four chicken fingers/Texas toast/lemonade and cole slaw. I passed Chick Fil A 'cause I love Raising Cane's. Terrific service with smiles cause that's what I LOVE about Texas. Many little cafes like Arturo's close at 2:30 pm! I love walking when I visit a place I have never been. I get a feel for the community. God Bless Texas.Wheelchair accessibility: Leave parking for disabled. Everyone else...WALK.“

“You can't go wrong with the full chicken meal. We probably visit atleast two or three times a month. The spices in the chicken are delicious, the pico is always fresh, the queso is some of the best, and the horchata is on point. We love pollo rico and especially this location.“

“Lucy's was recommended to us as one of the best place to eat in Austin. I'm not sure about that but it certainly hit the spot for my group. Casual dining at its best (you sit semi-outdoors at picnic tables and benches), you'd better come hungry because you are going to want to order everything. Fortunately there were eight of us so we got to sample everything from the fried chicken and catfish to the chicken-fried steak and the "Kinky" club. Our waiter was a no-nonsense kind of guy who still tolerated all the questions from our British visitors with barely concealed amusement. I always order a chicken-fried steak if there's one on the menu and this one didn't disappoint - excellent breading and tangy cream gravy. And because I didn't get to try the fried chicken, I ordered a bucket to go!“
