“This has been one of my favorite bars in Austin since they first opened and it has only grown in popularity since then. The frozen Irish coffee is as good as you've been led to believe and the atmosphere is peak dive bar but with an impressive selection of spirits and a cocktail menu with some serious thought that went into it. I've yet to try the food at Delray but I've heard really good things. I'll update the review if the food merits it's own mention!“

“Came highly recommended on Yelp and was in the mood for seafood. We went there for happy hour with my sisters and it was really pretty and deliciously prepared. The ceviche tasted a little fishy but the beef tacos we scrumptious. Drinks were a highlight but not very strong. Services was excellent. I felt like I was a little underdressed for the location, because guest were definitely dressed up nicely with all bling bling. More of an upscale fine dining.“

“Our time initially was a little unpleasant due to the host's snarky demeanor, which created an off-putting start. However, the ambiance of the venue was definitely a highlight. The server further improved the experience, providing attentive and friendly service as well as recommending outstanding cocktails that complemented our preferences. “Lovely dinner at Pecan Square Cafe. Friendly and attentive service and deliciously executed simple dishes. I particularly enjoyed the pork schnitzel and olive oil ice cream. They even handle my husband's spilling of beer all over me by giving him another glass of beer to spill on me:) The only negative is that is very noisy in the interior but they do have a lovely patio if you don't mind the heat. We will return.“

“Great drinks with low key atmosphere“

“Had a wonderful experience at Arlo Grey. We had the oyster mushrooms, burrata, cappelletti, hen and swordfish. It’s family style so we picked a few different dishes. The desserts we got were the sourdough ice cream and banana pudding. Personally the desserts were my favorite! The food was all delicious, seasonal, local, beautiful, seasoned well and large portions. I purchased Kristen Kish’s cookbook. While there she came to our table to meet us and sign my book. She was lovely! Great night and I can’t wait to go back. The service was top notch too.“

“This place was very vibey! Had no idea where the entrance was, which actually made it fun to look for. Did think, as a matter of subjectivity, that the music selection was a bit basic, and there could have been more experimental pieces, but it didn't detract from the experience. “Cute little gathering spot with some great cocktails. I’m not sure I would call it a restaurant and it’s not really a “bar atmosphere” either. Nonetheless, the food was good and drinks were great too. One suggestion would be to combine the olive plate with the cheese board and just add a few bucks to the cheese board. There was only one piece of cheese on the board but it was, in fact, delicious. Guess it was meant to be the star of the show! The burger was good. It was a unique take on the classic burger. The papas fritas were some of the best I’ve ever had. I could have eaten the whole plate by myself.I definitely think this would be a fun place to invite a large group and sit at the shared big table.I’d give Bar Toti a 4.7.Parking: Valet is the way to go“

“Absolutely the best new place to eat in Austin. The food is absolutely delicious, unique and ever changing. I've been for dinner three times and brunch once. Never had anything bad. Also the price point is pretty great for such high quality food. Parking situation is terrible but that's everywhere in Austin. This is my go-to place to bring friends!I've had Dre as my server twice, he is hilarious, incredibly great at anticipating needs and his recs were fantastic. Ask for his section if you can!“

“The food was amazing. The bartender fabulous. Definitely try the oyster dressed. Sat at the bar and enjoyed the conversation and the very knowledgeable staff. Fried green tomatoes each had a full shrimp and sauce was perfect. Definitely save room for the cheesecake.“

“Stopped into the Summer House while staying at the Hotel Magdalena and I wish we would've discovered this place sooner than our last day! Beautifully decorated on the inside with amazing courtyard/outside seating. The drinks were super refreshing and delicious and the black eyed pea hummus was just enough to hold us over until our late lunch plans. The menu had great offerings and I can't wait until my next Austin trip to have a full meal here. If you stay at the Magdalena, any room service or food you order through the hotel comes from Summer House!“

Menus included a variety of unique appetizers, entrees and signature drinks. The bartender offered a small sample of selections we were considering which was a nice option.Would recommend stopping by if in the area.Parking: Parking available street-side or in the Nordstrom parking garage. The Domain also offers valet service.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly seating areas, inviting and interesting area .“

“This was once our home away from home. We’ve moved farther away, so it’s hard to get there as often. But we still love it when we can. Owners Christina and Edgar are amazing. The staff are also fabulous. The regular crowed is just great people. The drinks are great. The food is great. Indoor and outdoor seating. Some parking around back. It’s got it all.“

“Volstead is a great little spot sharing a back patio with Hotel Vegas. There is a food truck that's pretty good, and hotel Vegas always has good bands. They often have bands that share the back patio. Numerous events happen there all the time. Take a friend and go see some music. Volstead will occasionally/ often have a DJ bumping some good dancing tunes. See you get an electronic element in contrast to Hotel Vegas live bands. Usually when hotel Vegas has a cover, Volstead will frequently still be free. And the patio will be free.“

“A group of us visited the dirdie birdie on Sunday on our bachelorette trip. It was the perfect way to end the trip. Each and everyone of us were impressed with the putt putt course, drinks, service, and food. I highly highly recommend visiting the dirdie birdie. I’m sad that there is only one and can’t wait to see if they open more. There is a full service “caddy” on the “green” and each hole is super unique. After we finished the course, we sat down for brunch and were surprised by just how FABULOUS the food was. If ever in Austin again we will definitely be stopping by again!“

“I enjoyed our visit to RedFarm. Portions did feel a little small considering the price but the flavors were good. We also got Peking duck which was very good but the additional sauces (cranberry and Thai peanut) were a weird addition. Fortunately the traditional Hoisin sauce was great!“
