“This little truck packs a big punch when it comes to flavor and quality. From the moment you step up to the window, you can tell that the folks at La Flor are passionate about their craft. The menu is simple but perfect, with a variety of meat options, including chicken, beef, and pork, as well as delicious vegetarian options. Everything is made fresh to order, and you can taste the difference. The tortillas are soft and warm, the meats are perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful.Don't let the humble exterior fool you – the food is top-notch, and you won't be disappointed. Five stars all the way!“

Everything was really great and well packaged. I really loved how the potatoes were cooked in my tacos. This will be our new stop. Really glad we found a good gem.“

“First time customer. Their al pastor tacos are $2.75/taco and are tasty. Comes with a side of grilled onions and a grilled serrano. They have a DIY salsa bar with pickled veggies as well. Their patio is covered seating and a sink to rinse your hands but no soap. Will definitely be back for more.“
“Best sno comes in town! Lots of tried and true and creative original versions.“
“My late night jaunts in Austin have usually lead me to a number of late night spots, most of which has been food truck taquerias and cater to us hungry night owls in the local food scene. One such spot has been El Super Taco, which is east of I-35 and a stone's throw from the airport. While I wouldn't call their food super per se, I would note that they've been a solid option practically every time. (#1)The truck itself is parked at an old gas station, which they've converted to an outdoor dining space complete with parking and picnic benches for folks who want to chow down on the spot. During the pandemic they had built an where they take payment straight through a window and of course, it's cash only. The wait isn't too long for the food and during their heydey, the tables were usually filled with people. At 2AM, not so much.Unlike the Houston taco scene, they have asada (#2) as one of their choice meats, followed by pastor, barbacoa, cecina, pollo, chicharron, campechano, and deshebrada. The latter is a shredded beef that has been one of their best sellers and is not commonly found at most taco spots. Their barbacoa and pastor are good, but they are commonly sold out before their night is over. They also have breakfast tacos during select times of the day, and that's do a very good huevos based taco with nopales or tocino or salchipapa or the classic chorizo and/or spinach. The tortas, sopes, quesadillas, and sincronizadas are worth considering, but the gorditas and tostadas are very underrated.Speaking Spanish isn't required (#3), it is helpful. The staff is quite good about expediting the food, especially when there is a line. It hasn't been a problem during their later hours and there's been plenty of seating.Lastly, I recommend taco selfies for that sick mural. Most taco stands / trucks won't have something that artistic, so I recommend taking advantage of it while it's still here.___________(#1) Consistency and reliability. It matters in life and in tacos.(#2) Seriously, what's the deal with the meat "fajita" in Houston?(#3) Welcome to Austin!“

“A food truck gem in an area where meal offerings are slim. Thanks to Yelp, I found this one day between finishing one job and on my way to another. The menu is not huge, but I appreciate those who do a few things well. There was a single woman manning the truck, so she takes the order, cooks it, then slides open the window and yells "Ready!" It's up to you to figure out if it's ready for you or someone else, lol. At least her English was good so the order comes out right, and she thoughtfully includes taco sauce, plenty of napkins, plastic ware, and s & p in your to-go order without having to be asked. I got a taco al pastor on corn (double corn,as it should be) topped with cilantro and onion (I don't know where the lettuce came from in the posted pictures--I've never seen an al pastor with lettuce and didn't want any, so was pleased to see that isn't the way they are normally made) and a "chica"-sized quesadilla (1/2 of a flour tortilla) with cheese and pastor, served with avocado, lettuce, and tomato. She announced my total as $5. OMG...only $5? For food that will last me 2 meals? Heck yeah! I paid quickly before she changed her mind :) But really, the prices are phenomenal and the food delicious. The pastor had the taste of pineapple, and the meat was tender. They offer a green creamy sauce--very good and perfect with the al pastor--and a red which will probably take your hide off if eaten in quantity. You can see the millions of pepper seeds in it, and I wasn't in love with the flavor. These 2 taco sauces are the only offerings just like most taco trucks; no salsa. The men who were eating there at the same time as me had the beef and loved it. It's definitely my go-to place when I'm in the neighborhood!“

“This taqueria is excellent. The food is fresh and delicious, and the women working here are very helpful and kind. My Spanish is very bad, and they were quite patient and gracious with my attempts to order en espanol. There is a nice place to sit and wait for your order or eat. I highly recommend the barbacoa gordita- it is delicious and I will be coming back for another very soon. I ordered a big order for work, and everyone loved it!“

“Stumbled on these tacos last night on West 6th while making one last stop at Buford’s… all I can say is I have been living in Austin for almost 16 years and these are HANDS DOWN the DAMN BEST STREET TACOS on earth. They’re flavorful, meaty, big, cheap, and fast. And covered in cheese and spicy salsa- you are in for a treat!Try the pirata or the Al pastor.“

“I am skeptical when a co-worker says this is the best taco's in the whole world. I have traveled to many foreign countries and I could live on tacos.El Diablito has lived up to the hype. I do not know if they are the best in the whole world, but every time I travel through Portland I make a detour to hit this spot. You will not be disappointed. and the Mango Habanero sauce is worth the visit all by itself.“

“I had the Gringa Tacos, once I try more of the menu I'll come back and add/subtract stars. I'd say they were pretty much on par with the taco spots around this area. Although I can't lie, I did a double take on my bill as a little over $4 a taco is a little high. None the less they were tasty, good tortillas, meat was juicy & cheese was on point.“

“Best place to have quesabirrias! The birria is made out of goat and is delicious, it is delicious, well made without any additional fat. We order the quesabirrias and they served us a small size of birria soup. We also order the taco of chicharron which was delicious; crispy and tasty chicharron, o my bad thing is the size of the taco to small for my big belly hehe. Can’t wait to go back and try the variety of dishes. The personnel is friendly, kind, welcoming and makes you feel like you are at your uncle’s or aunt’s house like Family.“
