“Recently moved into a brick and motar location from the food truck they've had for the past 10 years. Came on a Thursday at 2pm and the lunch rush was just starting to wind down. Service was super friendly, helpful, and seemed to really love the place. Food was amazing with the veggies tasting fresh and the meat wonderfully marinated and grilled. Not that long of a wait either. Each Bun bowl came with a side ramekin of spices in fish sauce that wasn't spicy and a bottle of spicy garlic chili sauce per table. Also love that the vegetarian options are full proper dishes and not just a filler substitute nor overpriced. (The diners on the side all got the Tofu Bun and were full of complements.)The place is cute and homey with wooden tables and Iron Chef playing on the TV inside and picnic benches with umbrellas outside. There is a small parking lot sized appropriately for the capacity of the restaurant. (If the lot is full, there's likely a wait for tables.)Would recommend!“

Be warned - they only do online orders (no walk ups) so save time by ordering ahead or be prepared to scan and wait (at 11am on a Saturday we waited 45 min for one biscuit sandwich - I would say this is about what I'd expect for a brunch time wait). Tucked away behind radio bar and coffee this food truck serves a legit smoked meat and biscuit mash up. The biscuits are flakey, buttery, and slightly sweet. The perfect conduit for their succulent, Smokey brisket. 10/10 no notes - delicious.“

“New place for me on the southeast side of Austin. It's a taco truck called LA Tunira 512.very limited menu. Basically your choice is birra (taco, burrito, quesadilla, or in grilled cheese which I want to try).I obviously had the tacos and WOW. Really good. Basically the birra is perfect. Tender. Juicy. Ideal.I asked about the orange colored tortillas, which are also sublime. Orange because they are home made and fried in the excess grease from making the birra.I rarely give five stars on a first visit, but this is it.“

Manolis is genuinely my favorite spot in Austin. First, they have a wonderful variety of sweet treats. From ice cream (dairy and non dairy), to pastries, sorbets, milkshakes, and coffee, there is truly something for everyone. Everything we have ordered has been absolutely delicious. Second is the service. There are few places I have been where I feel more welcome than Manolis. They are passionate about what they serve and make every person who comes through feel like a regular. The owners are genuinely some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting in Austin and they deserve business. Third is the location! Can be tough to get around the 290 construction but Manolis is worth every minute of your time. The complex has covered picnics tables, heaters, games, and a playground. It's cozy, charming, and a great place to sit on a beautiful night. If you are on the southwest side, GO TO MANOLIS. If you live in Central Texas, GO TO MANOLIS. Heck, if you live in Oklahoma, it's worth the trip. They are open Friday-Sunday and I look forward to their tasty treats all week. I will support this business for as long as I live here!“

“My family has to beg me to go outside and eat or even eat a food truck. We just left church to go eat as a big family with friends so I was out voted and thank god I was.I loved everything I ate. I was able to sample like 6 things since everyone got something different.The staff was so friendly too and genuinely seemed happy that we were satisfied.
