“One of my favorite places to grab an amazing cocktail, not only is the service always amazing but the drinks and the food are continually superb. The gin gimlet is my absolute favorite and the house made lime cordial is out of this world.Ashley, one of the waitresses there is also an absolute angel and loaned me her jacket on a chilly night on the patio. Can you even ask for anything better than that? Every server that we’ve had is a true gem, and every bartender is an artist, I cannot advocate for this place enough.“

“We were looking for a vegan place for dinner and went to Beer Plant. Sat in the outside section with our dog (it’s a covered corridor with fans, not a garden) and it was perfect. The corridor has nice lighting and gets good breeze. The starters were excellent, especially the Brussel sprouts in miso sauce and the beetroot hummus. Cauliflower wings had too much vinegar and tasted sour. French fries were avoidable. The mains were good. It’s hard to find vegan lasagna and Beer Plant has one which was above average.Big Bend burger came with a side of kidney beans and was just about okay. Lentil Wellington was somewhat disappointing. Desserts were great, especially the peach cobbler.I think the next time we were order more starters and desserts and maybe skip the mains.“

The game host was friendly and we won! But that doesn't tarnish my review ;) Go check this spot out and take your friends for a trivia showdown!“

“I made this reservation for my birthday. The service was good but not outstanding. We had to search for our waitress a few times to order or get refills. They also did not offer me any dessert or anything for my birthday. I feel like that's usually standard for restaurants but made not Punch Bowl.“

“Mour Cocina is a cute little neighborhood wine bar in East Riverside. Right when you walk in, there's a market area with tons of different wines available to purchase. The actual restaurant area has a nice vibe with plenty of seating and modern decor. I came here to kill some time between appointments on a Thursday afternoon and I was one of the only customers inside. My server was super friendly and happy to give me plenty of recommendations. I wasn't sure which wine to order, and they were nice enough to not only suggest one but let me taste a bit before pouring me a generous glass. I wasn't super hungry since I was here between lunch and dinner hours, but the happy hour deals were too good to pass up. Happy hour is every day from 4:30-6:30 pm. They mentioned a couple different discounts, including half off all bites and cocktails. I'll definitely have to come back for their "MyMosa", which has half a bottle of sparkling wine! I ended up ordering the Herb Guacamole as a snack, and it was the perfect portion for one or for two to share. The chips were the best part, they were super crispy but strong enough to scoop up the guac. The guacamole itself was seasoned well and had plenty of herbs mixed in. I love that they had pepita seeds on top for a bit of crunch as well. Overall, this isn't the spot for a cheap glass of wine, but it's great for happy hour deals and excellent service!“

“Came in to play some darts and boy are they set up for it. First time there and using the digital scoreboards(which, if you're like me and suck at math, much less with two beers in you is a god send), but every single person working was super friendly and welcoming and showed us if we had any questions as well as introduced us to a new dart game we'd never played. It can get a bit smokey, but that's part of the old school vibe. Great priced drinks, food looked awesome, will be coming back for sure.“

“Great beer, good food and the service, well, it wasn’t terrible. Beagle B just wasn’t that friendly. I sat at the bar with a buddy for more than 2 hours. It wasn’t very busy and when I went back to order more beers it was like he had never seen me before. I’m terrible with names so I thought well, I get it. Although I agree with everyone making a living wage, I don’t agree with a gratuity being added without me knowing about it. 15% is way below what I normally tip and even though the service wasn’t great, everything else was. So to be forced to pay a gratuity is something I find frustrating. Especially since even though the service sucked, I would have paid more. I feel that the service might not have sucked if Beagle B actually had to work for his tip instead of it being handed to him. If you decide to work in a tipped environment, you should have to earn that tip.“

“I really love the casual but slightly upscale vibe to this restaurant and pub. I've been in for coffee, brunch, drinks and a late night bite when nothing else great is open in the neighborhood. The food is French and pub fare, all of it quite delicious. I highly recommend the French onion soup, the cheese plate and pretty much everything on the brunch menu. You often have to order at the bar, and the servers are not super attentive, but it is not terrible. The eclectic decor is quite unique, and each room has a different feel. You can choose to sit in the more crowded bar area or have a quieter place in one of the lovely rooms behind it. There is also outdoor seating which I've enjoyed on a day with nice weather.“
