The veg momos were perfectly steamed and packed with delicious filling, while the veg chowmein and fried rice were bursting with flavor and freshness. The atmosphere of the food truck adds to the experience, making it feel like a true culinary adventure. If you're in Austin and craving some amazing street food, Everest Momos is a must-visit! “Ya'll got to try this place! Soul was happy! Place isn't very fancy but AMAzing quantities for the price! We had veg chowmein, steamed chicken momos, chai, lamb gosht curry with garlic naans and chilli momos. Everything was just soo yummy! The lamb curry tasted like my mom makes it, not the typical heavy oily preparation. The chilli momos were a bit too flavored for my preference. I prefer the steamed momos. Chowmein was huge quantity and delicious. For a change, Austin has something good we'd def come bk for!“
