seafood boils with amazing sauce. fried seafood. great service
My sister and I had a couple of hours to kill and we happened by this place. We both agreed that we had always wanted to try it, so we stopped in for an appetizer. The place was about half full. Terry greeted us at the front door and told us to have a seat wherever we'd like and he'd be with us as soon as possible. Although busy, Terry's demeanor was calm and collected. it was obvious he had control of the situation. He suggested the firecracker shrimp appetizer and it did not disappoint. The shrimp was crispy, hot and perfectly cooked. The sauce was absolutely amazing. We decided to share a shrimp Po boy. The bread was lightly toasted and the veggies were fresh. Again, the shrimp was crispy and perfectly cooked. As a matter of fact, the six large shrimp that were on the sandwich made it impossible to close so we had to remove two of the shrimp in order to eat it. if that's a problem ... give me more problems just like that. The prickly pear margarita was great. The music was not the usual collection of zydeco bands. They were playing some the best soul music. I think we knew every song played. We had an awesome time. Thank you to Terry & company for providing a great experience. We will certainly make this location a frequent stop.
