“We were blown away by this place! Service was outstanding, but the food was next level. We ordered the salad, shishito peppers and nuts for an appetizer and then came the smash burgers. Everything was so good! We finished our meal with the best carrot cake any of us have ever had. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!“

“This has been one of my favorite bars in Austin since they first opened and it has only grown in popularity since then. The frozen Irish coffee is as good as you've been led to believe and the atmosphere is peak dive bar but with an impressive selection of spirits and a cocktail menu with some serious thought that went into it. I've yet to try the food at Delray but I've heard really good things. I'll update the review if the food merits it's own mention!“

“The Chicken pho was absolutely delicious!! The flavors were clean and fresh. I had the jalapeño hibiscus Paloma drink as a special treat. The drink was refreshing although it had a smoke flavor rim. For dessert I had an oar milk chia latte. The restaurant on a weekday was packed around 1pm but around 1:30 pm it cleared out some. It is a small restaurant with delicious food. The restaurant was very loud. There is seating outside too.I had to drive around to find parking and finally I parked near the food trucks and paid for parking. The parking lot they have is very small. The service was great. ?“

“Holy cow is this plane worth the wait. We got there at 6:30am but we enjoyed the experience. They open the lobby around 9 and let you in to shop and use the restroom and sell beer. I’m glad we decided to dedicate half a day to this place on my one weekend in Austin. Don’t sleep on the turkey and the jalapeño cheese sausage.“

“The best food in town. We were there with our team and we ordered almost everything from the menu and loved everything we ate. Their speciality is more about beef, pork and fish and they are perfect at it . Their menu keeps changing and chicken options are not available . Servers were gentle, kind and helped in choosing. I highly recommend this place.“

“The BEST coffee in Austin. This is the only coffee I drive across town for, and I think my subconscious literally knows to wake up early on Saturday just to get her when they open. Brown sugar miso latte and choco cloud are out of this world. The team here is so friendly and the line moves quickly so don’t be intimidated.“

The owner/operators were fantastic, happy to see us and offer opinions for 1st timers. “Recently moved into a brick and motar location from the food truck they've had for the past 10 years. Came on a Thursday at 2pm and the lunch rush was just starting to wind down. Service was super friendly, helpful, and seemed to really love the place. Food was amazing with the veggies tasting fresh and the meat wonderfully marinated and grilled. Not that long of a wait either. Each Bun bowl came with a side ramekin of spices in fish sauce that wasn't spicy and a bottle of spicy garlic chili sauce per table. Also love that the vegetarian options are full proper dishes and not just a filler substitute nor overpriced. (The diners on the side all got the Tofu Bun and were full of complements.)The place is cute and homey with wooden tables and Iron Chef playing on the TV inside and picnic benches with umbrellas outside. There is a small parking lot sized appropriately for the capacity of the restaurant. (If the lot is full, there's likely a wait for tables.)Would recommend!“

“My boyfriend and I were in town to paddle board and wanted something yummy afterwards with a dive bar feel. Nailed it!! This place was legit. Their bacon wrapped buffalo chicken was so good, and their burger and Parmesan fries, also amazing. This will be our place every time we are in Austin.“

“This is a great little gelato place. They have some delicious gelato with our favorite flavors being Coffee, chocolate chip and the pineapple sorbet. The place gets packed and I felt bad there was only one server. She was great though. The layout is simple and the plants in the window look great. It’s a small shop so just two tables inside and another on the front porch. We stood outside to eat and it was fine. Overall a great little place to grab some tasty gelato on a hot day. #gelato“

“Lovely dinner at Pecan Square Cafe. Friendly and attentive service and deliciously executed simple dishes. I particularly enjoyed the pork schnitzel and olive oil ice cream. They even handle my husband's spilling of beer all over me by giving him another glass of beer to spill on me:) The only negative is that is very noisy in the interior but they do have a lovely patio if you don't mind the heat. We will return.“
