Amazing dining experience. We sat at an outdoor bar table overlooking Lake Austin. We started with oysters and their Peruvian cheese fries while sipping on a delicious Black Forest cocktail. Had the filet Au Poivre. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Horrible experience. Went for a birthday with a large party of 12 this evening with reservations. 2 of our party did not have seats and were told they had to sit separately. The waiter served every person at a different time and 3 of the party members didn't even have their food yet when the bill came. 2 people never got their food at all and just said nevermind. No one got a single refill. Every person still left a tip when paying and then after paying the receipt showed that every person was charged an additional $20 tip on top of the % of tip that each party already paid. I guess the waitress just wrote in a $20 tip on top of each bill that was already paid with a tip. So the waitress ended up with around a 38% tip for the worst service we've ever had. literally 2 people never got their food at all and just left hungry adder 2.5 hours.

Had the worst experience on my Mother's Day dinner. They forgot to tell me until after the entire table already had their meal that the item I ordered was no longer available and that I shouldn’t have even been able to order it. I understand running out of an item but waiting until everyone was already eating to advise me of this is truly crazy. There offered to make me something else but at that point the rest of our party was half way done with dinner. It really made for a terrible end to Mother’s Day for me as this was a special meal that still cost me a ton of money. Food was good but not worth the price. After the mistake with the food our service was way worse even though I kept quiet about my disappointment. It was more than $400 for 6 adults to eat a dinner, half of who ordered apps or a salad and one who didn’t have anything for dinner. Wished that they would have tried harder to make things right after this mistake, they weren’t very busy and I had to order another drink from a bartender since our waitress was MIA for more than 30 minutes.
