“I was looking for something healthy. I’m glad I stumbled upon this place. Love the vibe inside and outside. The thunder storm rolling in only added to the ambience. I had the Brussels and grilled chicken salad that is currently their specials. The Thai Brussels were stupid good. 10/10 recommend.“

“My family eats here a few times a month. We can place and customize our order through the app. The pick-up doesn’t require waiting in line, so it is fast and easy. The veggies are always fresh and the flavors are delicious. That’s not why I’m giving a 5-star review though.Earlier this week, for whatever reason, our order was messed up. None of the bowls were correct. There was tzatziki sauce in bowls that were supposed to have no sauce and missing from the bowls that were supposed to have it. Falafel missing from my wife’s order bowl. Corn and pickled onions in my daughter’s bowl, when it should not have been, and was missing from mine. Not one of the customized orders was correct. One bowl was missing entirely. Some of the sides were missing. My wife places the order and I pick it up. Usually that works flawlessly. I didn’t know that anything was wrong until I was already home and the food was being put out on the table. To her credit, my daughter handled it the best. The rest of us, not so much. The mixups made the dishes inedible for our various dietary restrictions and we weren’t able to find a way to switch to meet the other’s needs. Most of the order went uneaten and, unfortunately, my son the garbage disposal was away from home for the week. It was a complete waste. The reason I’m writing this 5-star review is for what happened next. I called the store and explained the situation. I wasn’t cursing or name calling, but I was clearly angry. I was hungry, my wife was upset, and it was about all I could handle. The manager I spoke with listened patiently and as soon as I stopped speaking said “I’m sorry” then gave me options on how he could try to remedy the situation. I choose the option to come into the store another time and have them remake the entire order. He took my information, apologized again, and we hung up. I was still hungry, but I wasn’t angry anymore.Today, I went to claim that offer to redo the entire order. I asked to speak with a manager, but the employee said she wasn’t immediately available and asked if it was something he could help me with. I explained the situation and he said, “No problem, I can get that started for you.” He was sincere, polite, and cheerful. He put me at ease and got to work right away. Shortly afterwards, Lala, the manager came and spoke with me. I briefly explained the situation again. Meanwhile the first guy was making fresh falafel for my wife’s bowl. Then she joined in to help complete the order. At every step of the way each of the employees I interacted with were polite, sincere, and very obviously trying their best to fix the situation. That’s why I am giving a 5 star review.Typically, I will not give more than 4 stars. Even if the place/person/service was great, because I think 5 stars should represent something beyond great - something special. Two managers and one employee. Nary an eye roll, nor scoff, nor anything except for a genuine friendly demeanor and a willingness to try their best to help me. That is something special and I truly appreciate what they did. All three of them. Thank you, very much.“

“We placed a pick up order here as a late night dinner date and we were fortunate to arrive just before closing! Don't have much of an opinion on the service since we just went in to grab the order but they were nice enough. There is parking outside the shop, which is good! My boyfriend ranks this place 4/5 - he got a 14 inch black olives and pepperoni pizza. He loved the thin crust aspect to it and thought it was delicious! I rank this place 3/5 - THAT BEING SAID I am lactose intolerant so my only option was to opt for the dairy free pizza. I did get garlic and pepperoni on top to add flavor to it as well. It was okay; dairy free cheese is hard to get right and had a bit of an aftertase. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but since there isn't many pizza places in Austin with dairy free options, i'll give them brownie points for that :)“

“They deserve more than 5 stars. I can't say I got too much of anything but the service and kindness were wonderful. First, this is a beautiful place, and wish we had been there long enough to have the full experience. I did get to have the Aphrodite drink. It would have been wonderful to experience the rest of the night. It was my birthday, my husband was surprising me with dinner and a show, Chris Rocks' brother's comedy show. I have been struggling with my health for a few years and leaving the house hadn't been something we have the luxury to do as often. It hasn't been done in quite some time. I love getting dressed up. I used to travel for work, and eating great food was part of the luxury, I loved to do. I haven't done anything in several years due to my health that included this. My husband knew how I missed it. He knows how much I love Greek food. He went out of his way to find this gem and since my health has been pretty stable, he booked this night for us. This place was perfect! As soon as we got there, I could tell something wasn't right but didn't want to ruin this night since It had been so long doing something special like this.It being my birthday, our kid was out with her friends and it was a perfect night for us. I was dressed up and already started to enjoy the night. We were graciously greeted by the host in his perfectly pressed, crisp white chef smock and blue chef tie and the sweet waitress helped us choose from the amazing variety of yummy foods on their menu.As soon as my drink, Aphrodite, a perfect peach mocktail, and our first plate of fresh pitas with a beautiful array of mixed hummus arrived, I realized, I was not okay, it was happening, I was sweating and looked over to my husband to let him know.In sheer terror, worried I am going to cause a scene, I whisper to him, "You need to tell the front host, let him know I am having a medical emergency and need to get out of here before a big scene happens." He looks at me wide-eyed, he has never seen me in this state from beginning to end. You see he is scared and nervous. I can tell he is not sure what to do and how long we have.I feel my body start to weaken and worry I am either going to faint or vomit if I move my head. As he rushed to the front, he got the check and started to shovel what food we had in a Togo bag. Him knowing later I wished we had just tried a bit. I can tell some are confused around us, especially since we just sat down but we ignore it. The waitress checks on us and my husband just explains I am not feeling well and needs to check out with a heartfelt apology. She has a look of concern, but almost like she knows what is happening. He helped me up and I used every strength I had to get up and walk to the front without ruining the other patron's dinner and the other birthday celebration happening in the restaurant. The waitress comes running to us with more concern in her beautiful brown eyes. The host tells my husband he can get our vehicle and bring it up upfront while I sit and wait. The waitress sits next to me and knows immediately what is wrong. I am so grateful for her because she had a monitor. She knew and asked if we needed emergency service first. I know if I did it would be fast for my husband to get me there. I am having a hypoglycemia attack. I was dropping fast and knew I had minutes to seconds to get out of there before I mortify myself more. She checked my sugar keeping me calm and asked questions because she knew I was no longer coherent enough to speak. The peach drink got my sugar up just long enough to get out of the restaurant, The shakes are uncontrollable at this point and she tells the host to grab more juice for me. She was my angel and am so absolutely grateful for her. Even though she was so busy, she took the time to help us.My husband was able to get me outside and in the truck before the unthinkable happened, right in front of the restaurant I lost all my strength and whatever was in my stomach.Pure embarrassment sinks in. The juice go“

“A must visit for folks looking for a trendy place serving good Mexican food. We dined there for the first time last week and were very impressed with the food and the service. The nachos starter was wonderful - right balance of spices. But the stars of the show were the tacos - especially Quesabirria - it was hands down one of the best tacos we ever had. The Carnitas and Campechano were also wonderful. The flavor of the meat was outstanding and stood on its own - did not need a lot of condiments to add flavor. We will definitely be back.“
