08/27/2023: I had dinner with a friend, and it was my first time at Stella San Jac. The food was excellent, and the service was OK. My bill was $34.64, and I tipped $7, taking my final account to $41.64. I was surprised when, the next day, I realized that I was charged a final amount of $60.88. I tried to contact the restaurant but couldn't get anyone. I called my credit card, American Express, to ask for a refund by providing evidence that I was overcharged by $19.24, which I received from AMEX. 09/17/2023: I liked the #16 Biscuits I had on August 27th and decided to get more from Stella San Jac so some friends could taste it. I got to the restaurant on Sunday the 17th around 6:25 p.m. and placed a to-go order for two servings of #16 biscuits. As you can read on the yellow paper, my order was entered into the system at 6:52 p.m. I had to wait over 40 minutes to get my order. The host brought my food, and I paid at the bar. When I got home, I realized that the second box at the bottom only had two biscuits instead of 3 like the box on top, as it should have. I called Stella San Jac to explain the situation, and the host took my number and email but told me she didn't know how the managers could resolve that issue. I am still waiting to hear from someone from Stella San Jac, and I can't go back there because I don't live close to downtown and don't have time to drive. Comment: My experiences at Stella San Jac could have been better from the customer service standpoint. The box with only two biscuits was intentionally placed at the bottom. If you are dining at Stella San Jac for your first time, the food is excellent, but the customer service has a long way to go.
The food was delicious. The staff was Friendly and Mike was so helpful in describing the food and helping us decide. Would definitely be back

We visited "STELLA SAN JAC" during our Austin trip... and we had a great time. We tried several of the best and most inspiring cocktails we've ever tasted. Manager Edwin put us at ease with the best comfortable service, and every cocktail he recommended we were very impressed with. I will definitely recommend my friends to visit this place, I want to go back and try the cocktail again on my next business trip.
