“This taco bell is a location that serves good food. Out of all the locations I've been to, this one is my favorite. The food is really good and service is really welcoming and helpful. Despite what others say, this location has good people.“
“Ok it's taco bell so not winning any awards for food, price or service. With that said, this is the best taco bell in the vicinity. The one on East parmer and west parmer are terrible. The one on Wells Branch used to be okay but now terrible.This one on braker ln is the only one that so far can put the right amount of sauce in the quesadilla and heat it for the right temperature and time. Basic stuff but apparently too hard for the other taco bells. So I drive all the way from parmer skipping the closer ones to come here. The gamble has mostly paid off.Never been inside, my life is not that sad yet. The drive thru person is generally friendly enough and so far no mess ups on the orders.3.5 rounded up.“
“Been going here with kids for years now. The staff (and manager) are focused, quick and fast! Super helpful and food is FRESH. I like the manager's personality (he is kinda loud but funny!). The staff also have a great / relaxed sense of humor (overall). I like the "vibe" at this location, so we go back often.“

“The male, night manager ROCKS! He made sure that I was happy going home because I think I made the order online & did not do it right, came thru asking for my order they did not have, he told me what to do, went around the drive-thru two more times and it finally turned out complete and he rewarded me upon leaving for all I had gone through. But really, think about what I made him go through. Praise God for such a beautiful servant leader!“
“This location has really turned things around in the past few months. Before things were so bad, I actually started going up to 290 location because this location took more than 30 minutes to service like 4-5 cars and they were out of items all the time. I almost exclusively eat at night from 8PM - 12AM. The night crew recently has been so good. Very nice to talk to like they are actually fairly happy. 4-5 car lines are sent through in just a few minutes. My food is made correctly. This is all late night eaters ask for.So management, keep this vibe going! Go tell these crews they are doing well. My receipt today says cashier is Anant J. Go tell this person and the other working with them that they are doing great. Then, wild idea I know, give them a pay raise. Keep morale and service good. They have probably increased sales more than 100% anyways just by the cars I see go through the line compared to before. So please keep up the great work. Thanks.“
“The food was good it tasted just like every taco bell but the service was exsquidet! It was so amazing he was so nice we even had a conversation. This man deserves a raise! He gave us a free drink when he messed up the drink and it was amazing! I could not be happier.“
“The last couple of times I been by here I have had horrible experiences. The first last time back I ordered some tacos and Cinnamon Twists and the cinnamon twist had a bitter taste like they had been poisoned or they had made them after cleaning up something. The last time I went by there I asked for the box with 12 tacos they only gave me 10. I didn't like the way I saw the lady unwrapping the wrapper on them after they were finished and I saw 3 buses pass by that I missed waiting on my order to get made.“
“Taco bell never disappoints in terms of the range of food I like. Right from burritos, tacos, quesadilla, chalupa and my favourite Mexican Pizza, all these are having a flavor that stands apart. Also, I being a vegetarian, there are sufficient range of veggies items on the menus with different customization.“
“Nice, clean remodeled taco bell with tasty fresh food. Customer service sucks. Just use the kiosk to order because they won't acknowledge you most of the time when you walk up to the register. Otherwise, this is my go to taco bell!Update: I went back, and the soda fountain drink machine was moldy all around where you put your cup and inside the ice shoot.As a chef, I know for a fact they never clean it. “I went through the drive through tonight and whoever was working - y’all killed it.Back of house: the chalupa was the exact balance of crunchy and soft, but not stale; there was a perfect ratio of every topping; the lettuce was soooooo fresh and crunchy and crisp; the food was warm; y’all didn’t mess up ANYTHING about my complicated order!!! I’ve eat Taco Bell a lot, and this was the best food I’ve had in years.Drive through: I literally could not believe my eyes. Watching you take someone’s order, clicking the headset off and on, while having an actual conversational exchange with me, knowing you did that with the person ahead of ME and didn’t mess up my dairy free order… all while giving me correct change for my 20!!!! And being friendly and kind!!! “It's T-bell, so... But excellent staff, quick food, about all you can ask for.Vegetarian options: It was a Friday in Lent, so no meat for me. Plenty of options. Went with bean burrito and bean and cheese burrito. Other options as well...Parking: Has own parking lot. Plenty of spaces, plus it is in a shopping center with tons of other free parking“
“I visited the Taco Bell off Braker today 2/16/24 at around 8pm. There was a lovely, very kind lady taking my order. She greeted me, asked me how my day was, and made modifications to my complex order. I really appreciated how kind and understand she was. I’ve had a hard week, but it’s friendly people like her that can make a day brighter.Shout to the culinary team for getting my food out fresh and quickly. “Haven’t had Tacobell in years. I came in and ordered 2 chalupa supreme. Got home and it was the wrong order. I came back and was helped by a friendly, professional, and upbeat staff. Dining at fast food restaurants has been nightmarish as of late, but this team was solid. Whomever runs this particular location is doing a great job.“
“We went through the drive thru between 11pm-12am. The drive thru screen wasn't lite up at all but when we went around there was someone at the window waiting for food. So we waited. Once the car ahead of us left we pulled up. The worker didn't see us for like 5 mins. We ended up getting to order. They said the storm knocked out a lot of power everywhere. Food was good.“
“I really enjoyed this location. I love breakfast here. My favorite is sausage breakfast tacos. Sometimes the GM is there and she ALWAYS makes sure to greet me. They are also very accommodating to those with mental or emotional health issues. I would of said all 5 stars if dinning room was open until at least 11pm, other than that the food is always good ?Vegetarian options: They do have quite a few vegetarian options for a fast food restaurant, which is a pool lus for me and my high cholesterol.“

I also happened to be present when the most important woman in the world showed up demanding all the employees work faster because she has “sht to do” and all other customer orders should’ve been put on hold so hers could be made first. The atmosphere was fine til she showed up and improved again when she left. She made a huge scene and made it clear she would leave a bad review, so I felt compelled to write an honest review of what I actually experienced. Not a good review, an honest one. “Everything is fantastic - especially the green salsa. I'm a baby when it comes to spicy things but it's perfect, just enough kick and flavor. Even the refried beans are complex and delicious. I love being able to call my order in ahead of time and it being ready for me before work.“
