I have been wanting to visit the roosevelt room for a long time, and I can absolutely see they are one of the best cocktail bars in the country. The first thing I noticed was the candles on the serving trays. That was the first step I saw that showed incredible attention to detail because the lights brightened up the cocktails as they reached the table. Sit at the bar if you can. Go early to take advantage of happy hour. Do splurge on their signature drinks and non-happy hour drinks. Bartenders there are incredibly talented and world renowned. Shout out to Chris for the amazing Chrysanthemum Absinthe drink.

Great place to grab a late night cocktail, has speak easy vibes. Only issue is I asked for a chocolate martini and the bartender basically said that's a dumb drink lol. He politely could have said they don't offer it. Outside of that awesome spot.
