We had a blast at Uchibā. The food is just phenomenal, every dish was great. Only one I’d change is the waguy skewer, it just tasted a bit too much like regular steak… the fish on the other hand was so fresh. Our waiter took great care of us and recommended some amazing dishes. Don’t sleep on the oysters!
Wow, not sure where to even begin. I'll start by saying the ambiance and the space is very modern and Moody. Low lighting, comfortable seating. Very great for an intimate date night with a friend or loved one. The service is superior. They were late seating us for our reservations but not a moment was spared for them to care for us, just a little bit extra and it really went a long way with us. Like their sister restaurants Uchibā lives up to all hype and expectations. The highlights of our meal were the tiger cry bao, hama chili, and bluefin otoro. We ended on their divine chocolate crémeux dessert. I always appreciate how helpful the wait staff is at these restaurants in guiding you through the menu and recommending unique dishes. We will certainly be back for more!
