This upscale Spanish restaurant is my favorite in Houston. We usually get their octopus appetizer and explore a different entree each time. Their dessert menu is creative and delicious!”

Honestly, I didn't properly review the menu before ordering so I had to call my guest a few times to get the complete order but she was so patient, I wish I had gotten her name. I ordered shrimp and grits for myself and the crawfish omelette for my mom. I also got an iced caramel macchiato. I was shocked at how good my macchiato was because im usually skeptical about ordering specialty coffee from restaurants. I felt the prices for fair for the quality of food and the amount you get. “Okay, nothing special. I had their bowl with brown rice and lamb. Lamb was dry, felt old, but they had just opened. Toppings were fresh and all tased good: you get to add 4 toppings. Garlic sauce was very good. Guy behind the line was friendly and courteous. Sparse interior but felt clean. Nothing stands out: nice local atmosphere. Worth a try, but not sure I'd go back. Very sparse menu.”

“Amazing place for juice and service is always friendly. I love the colorful decor inside and their merchandise looks cute. They also have posters that support local organizations, which is always a really positive aspect of a business. The menu is very diverse and includes smoothies and bowls as well as fresh juices. They also have a fridge section inside that sell quick vegan lunch options and wellness shots. I like that you can request specific ingredients to be removed or added (extra cost if adding). The pricing is pretty standard for fresh juices but the sizing is very generous and the juices always taste fresh. I love the aqua fresca but they also have special juices or smoothies of the day which are slightly discounted based on the day you visit. Overall, awesome place to hydrate and get your fresh juice fix.”

“This place is a place you don’t want to miss out on! When they sell out they close up shop so first come first serve!! But my experience here was amazing!! Every day their menu changes so be prepared to try something you haven’t tried before. I showed up wanting a Smoke Prime Brisket burger but they didn’t sell it until Friday however they recommended me something totally different and it was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten!! Also I forgot the mention the sides, the Mac and cheese and the prefect taste with good flavor and the jalapeño corn was way to amazing to not eat it all even though I was so full!! I forgot to take a picture due to everything tasted amazing!! Would recommend this place and can’t wait until I come back again!”

“Everything I have had at this Fuzzy's has been deliciously awesome. Where to begin? The pizza is the best I have ever had, hands down, but get this... my wife had lasagna recently and loved it. I wanted to try it, but didn't because I can't stand ricotta. Their chef, Marco, offered to deconstruct a piece of lasagna, remove the ricotta and replace it with mozzarella. It was extremely customer service forward, and it was the best lasagna I have ever had! The salad and breadsticks were fresh and delicious, making a perfect, perfect lunch! Thank you Fuzzy's family! I am a fan for life!!!”

“Stopped in this morning to grab a few tacos to go. The tacos were good but the green and red salsas were the star of the show! Love that they have corn tortillas as an option. The tacos were packed full and stayed together and did not fall apart while eating. The shop is well lit and the space is very welcoming. I am looking forward to trying the chilaquiles next time I visit. This will be a weekly go to spot for me. You definitely can't beat the price for the breakfast tacos!”

“Love these tamales so much! I love that they are gluten free and do not contain lard. They have several vegetarian options and they even have a vegan option if you call ahead and pickup in store. There is a store front in Bellaire and they can be found at many local farmers markets in Houston. The sauce that accompanies the tamales is absolutely fantastic! Run, don't walk and grab yourself some Momma's tamales!”

“This is a really nice restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly and homey. I spoke to a couple of tables before ordering and asked what their favorite meals were. As a stranger to stranger interaction it was as if we were neighbors. I got several different suggestions from the fish and shrimp to hamburgers to huge pieces of cake or onion rings the size of softballs. All of the servings were huge, so bring your appetite or share with someone. My sister and I shared. We ordered a regular cheeseburger and ff. So glad we shared! Neither of us could have finished one by ourselves. The hamburger was quality meat and looked hand made. And the best thing? No salt. You season them yourselves at the table as well as put your own condiments on. What a blessing for 2 people who can't eat salt. The restroom was clean as was all of the dining area. There was a very nice man who constantly came by to take empty plates or offer to get anything we needed. That was a really nice touch. I am torn as to which plate I will get next time, the fish and shrimp that really looked so good! Or the Reuben which is my personal favorite sandwich. Either way I am going to get those onion rings because I can still see and smell them. Y'all need to stop by Jacks and have a bite. But bring your wallet. Maybe their prices are normal? But as two mid 60's people we had a little bit of sticker shock. On the other hand the servings are double size so you definitely get your money's worth. And 4 people can order 2 plates and probably everyone will leave full. If you are a big eater, you are going to be so ?. I'm sorry that I always forget to take photos.Dietary restrictions: The food is cooked to order, seasoning included. The burgers and fries both came out unseasoned so those of us on salt restrictions and pepper allergies were able to eat without issue. Thank you Jack.Parking: Pull in parking lot with 2 entrances. Lots of spaces. Handicapped spots beside the doors. Easy entrance is plenty large enough for a large chair or stroller. Lots of tables with chairs so the wheelchair or stroller can come right up to the table.Kid-friendliness: There were a few children there while we were there and they were having fun. There is a large children's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: It is completely wheelchair accessible. The bathroom might be a tiny bit tight if memory serves me. But the decorations in the women's room was very entertaining???? .”

“first time here, ordered the sesame chicken combo online, it came with wonton soup, 2 crab puffs (your choice of egg roll or crab puff) fried rice & the sesame chicken for a total of $16.30. the amount of food i got for that price was generous. the wonton soup was light & so flavorful, even drank the broth because of how good it was, the crab puffs were crispy & delicious, the fried rice could've used a bit more flavor in my opinion but it tasted great when paired with the sesame chicken, the chicken itself was nicely coated in sauce & seasme seeds, it was a little on the dry side but not a big deal. came with different types of sauces for your liking, i got there 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready & the meal was ready to go, inside the area looked clean & the employees greeted me with a smile. safe to say i will be returning to try new dishes.”

“I like my pizza NOT mushy (I think we all have to agree that mushy pizza crust is the worst). The service was fine, please put on a smile next time. But atmosphere? No, it wasn’t good. The bathrooms were dirty (poop-smeared toilet paper on the floor, like whaa?), and there were little crumbs all over the floor. It was pretty nice that they had a make-your-own pizza system. I would recommend going here occasionally, but please do wipe the table (hazard lol). But overall, this I would rate this a 3.4 stars. Pls do check this place out and see what this place is rated.
