“Yummy brunch! Our party of 6 were able to be seated quickly without any reservations on a weekday. We got high tables initially but the servers were kind to allow us to move to a low dining table after it was made available. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food and the ones we ordered were decent as well. Loved the matcha and coffee served here too!Totally would recommend for a fuss free brunch.“

“Stopped by on a Saturday morning around 8:30am…it was quiet, service was wonderful, and the food was delicious and came out quickly! I had the omelette, which was presented with beautiful flowers for garnish, and a side of fresh fruit. The dirty chai was the best I’ve had in the Kirby area. 10/10 recommend!“

“I visited here for the first time with a friend earlier this week. Everything was very tasty! I had a vanilla latte and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The vanilla latte was creamy and not too sweet. The flavor of the coffee also came through wonderfully. The sandwich was also delicious. And the proprietor was very kind and helpful! I'll definitely be back and be bringing more friends.“

“I needed to customize a birthday cake for my friend and came across this bakery on Instagram. So far I've tried the pulled pork ube cake and matcha crepe. The cake tastes delicious, light and puffy. The crepe, on the other hand, needs a bit sweeter for my taste. They serve coffee/tea in vintage sets that elaborates your experience here. A nice cozy place for an afternoon tea.“

“Came here for brunch. The ambiance of this place is hard to find in houston, quality of the dishes are top notch, and the servers are super attentative. We orders the migas, cinnamon roll and crab cakes. All were really good portions and tasted super fresh.Parking is the only hassle here but can easily be found with a few minutes of looking around.Brunch is no rezy, just waiting. We waited for 45 minutes which wasn't bad.The menu isn't super extensive but the items are all high quality so wasn't an issue“

“Chose this coffee spot as a place to chill before our flight out of houston. Floored on the food - the Chinese sausage tacos were amazing. The tortillas were just right, good portions, right amount of heat, sweet, and texture. Best breakfast taco I've ever had. Wish i had more time in Houston to try their whole menu! Cold brews were good as well!“

“Fantastikós! A gem! Super friendly and we loved everything we ordered this first visit. You can tell there is love put into this food! We ate at the restaurant and ordered: Spana omelet (listed under brunch but we had it for dinner) with greens, meat mezze, gigantes, moussaka, lamb wrap with lemon potatoes, spanakopita, mint lemonade and white wine that I can't find on online menus. Plates are great for sharing. The menu there is more extensive than menu I've seen online. Our entire party loved everything (save our picky eater who tried and ate much more than she does at any other restaurant!) The atmosphere is clean, cozy, intimate and warm. I foresee this becoming a family favorite.“

“I was hoping to recreate the meals we had on a recent trip to Paris. Generally, we enjoyed the evening and it is a cozy little place. The burrata salad was delicious. My husband and I both had the beef bourguignonne- it was fine but unexceptional. My daughter loved her chicken fricassee but was underwhelmed by the onion soup. Overall, it was good but not great.“

“I used to go to Sweet Paris for breakfast at least twice a week until 2019, when I got diagnosed with Celiac disease; it was my Fav restaurant & my number-one option for weekend breakfast:). Today, I asked someone in this location if they could do something special in the kitchen to prepare a gluten-free crepe. This person's name is Augustine. I put the order in Uber Eat for the Nutella crepe because I couldn’t find the La Canadian on the app; I spoke on the phone with him about this & my disease. This person made sure the grill & utensils were cleaned from gluten & He sent me the Nutella crepe I put in the order & the la Canadian crepe that I couldn’t find on Uber Eat App .Sir, you made my day. Thank you a million & thank you for understanding my health concern..You have no idea how happy you made me. I would like to share this beautiful note he sent me. You are a wonderful person :)“

“Badolina is one of my favorite places for a quick breakfast. Now; it's not a full service breakfast place as they only have pastries, but they do have some options with eggs that are a little hearty like their quiches, but that's not why I come here. I come here for the double chocolate croissant. It's so good. Oh my god. I could eat like 3 of them in one sitting. And then the pizza focaccia. Like who doesn't love an excuse to have pizza for breakfast? The prices can add up pretty quickly but usually I order 1-2 things and the damage isn't too bad ($10-$14 depending on what I order). Make sure you get one of their coffees to go with your pasties. Lastly, the patio. I absolutely am enchanted with their patio. It is like going to a European cafe without leaving Texas. The service is fast as well. Definitely would recommend this place!“

“This is my choice of local coffee shop when I want to get out of the house during the week or drop by for a pre-grocery shopping coffee. Everyone is genuinely so nice and you can tell. Quick, efficient, no frills. Good coffee. I sit and work here often, and watch the interactions between the baristas and customers. They sometimes have their regulars orders ready as they see them walking up. Ya love to see it It gets chilly though so bring a sweater hehe“

“Coco's is a local favorite and serves some of the most authentic and affordable Taiwanese food in the Houston area! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, so I wanted to give them a shoutout. They have an extensive menu which includes rice and noodle dishes, noodle soups, dumplings, tofu, milk tea/fruit smoothies, and shaved ice. Most of the dishes range between $7-$11 so it's a really good deal for the large portions that you get. Here's what I ordered: - Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken with rice plate (鹽酥雞飯) - Beef Noodle Soup (牛肉麵) - Shredded Pork and Pickled Cabbage Noodle Soup (雪菜肉絲麵) - Dried Tofu (豆腐乾) - Milk Tea with Tapioca Lowkey, family-run, great vibes, and always friendly service!“

“Million Dollar bloody Mary is bland and tasted like it was only bloody mary mix. When I asked for horseradish to add some spice to it (a basic ingredient of any bloody mary) they brought over a horseradish sauce. The cheesy grits were VERY good though.“

“Nut allergy friendly coffee of course. I didn't try a beignet.Order - to - Drink Time: 24 MinutesWe arrived at 9:30AM on a Saturday, which is a bit early for them. Their drip coffee wasn't ready (probably best to come at 10) and neither were the beignets (probably 10:30 for those). The atmosphere is nearly like a library, with bookshelves and several different table layouts for anywhere from 2 (most tables) to a long table that seats up to 8. There's some outdoor seating too. They're probably the best coffee shop that opens early near Bellaire. They use Philadelphia's Colombe coffee. My cappuccino was perfect at a reasonable price (~$5).There were about 6 people in front of me and it took about 24 minutes to get my cappuccino, which is quite slow so be aware of that. One person was ordering takoyaki at 9:30AM so it seemed they were busy with that order and with brewing the drip coffee. I give them a pass because it was soon after a huge storm and many businesses had no power.I also got to sip their yakault yuzu drink, which was nice (basically exactly as it sounds) but was a lot of ice relative to the amount of drink.“

“Stopped in this morning to grab a few tacos to go. The tacos were good but the green and red salsas were the star of the show! Love that they have corn tortillas as an option. The tacos were packed full and stayed together and did not fall apart while eating. The shop is well lit and the space is very welcoming. I am looking forward to trying the chilaquiles next time I visit. This will be a weekly go to spot for me. You definitely can't beat the price for the breakfast tacos!“
