“I went here with my husband. You choose from hundreds of ingredients and it's weighed at the end. It's pretty savory. You can choose how spicy the broth is. I got mine with a lot of napa cabbage. The beef was good quality. I really liked this pork roll thing I put in mine. The whole thing was like 16$. Great deal this economy. Service was good. Ambiance was nice. A lot of ppl eating by themselves when I went for dinner.”

The kids got a big kick out of sitting on floor pillows for dinner. The menu is extensive with Korean and Japanese items — including hibachi and sushi! Everything is reasonably priced and is meant to be a fast casual dine-in or takeout spot. So Carrollton folks — if you find yourself going to Sushi Kadan or another neighborhood joint — try this one out too! We have another spot for a tasty and healthy dinner. Kid friendly too! “Great place for hand rolls & sushi! Been here a few times already and service has been good & food comes out shortly after you place your order. They use very fresh ingredients and each item is thoughtfully created for maximum flavor profile. Aside from the fresh fish, their rice and crab meat mixture are amongst some of the best I’ve had. I really like their hand roll combos. 3 hand rolls are usually plenty for me. My favorites are the Rainforest, the Blue Fish, and the Dragon Roll.Only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the 20% auto gratuity for a party of 6.”

“I’ve seen 3 different shows over the past year and have loved every one of them!! Service is always amazing and the staff/performers are so great!!I do have to unfortunately mention… the most recent show I went to included a very loud and obnoxious pair in the audience that were extremely distracting throughout the entire show. It was obvious they knew someone performing because any time they came onstage the women would yell out their actual names.. repeatedly. There was also an instance where they yelled out “B***s***!” which we were advised at the beginning of the show not to use profanity. It was VERY clear that the people sitting near them (unfortunately my boyfriend and I were one of them) were increasingly growing tired of them interrupting the show but it didn’t seem like they were getting any warnings about being quieter. We spoke briefly to the people sitting directly next to them and they were completely fed up but unfortunately there wasn’t really anyway for them to change seats. By the end, between the 2 women there were 2 empty bottles of wine and a beer so the shouting and yelling in the middle of the play was probably heavily influenced by that. This won’t stop me from returning but it was definitely disappointing :(”

Please bring your friends and all your guest.When we first arrived we were immediately greeted, a great atmosphere and I love how we were treated.I came with my husband, mom, sister, and my niece. The food in this place was the ultimate feast.I can’t remember half of what we ate, but I can tell you the wings were absolutely great!We also indulged in a a happy hour drink, and as a thank you for coming, we were given a shot that was pink.This place is definitely a spot to tryand thank you Aska for the great service we will surely stop back by.One thing I didn’t mention was the kimchee fries, an item on the menu you have to try. There are too many people in Dallas who can't tell the difference between gomtang and seolleongtang, but can't tell the difference between jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. And the foods I personally recommend are shrimp paste and broiler soybean paste soup. Broiler chicken is a true work of art.”

Grand Wok is definitely not one of those places. I placed a pickup order for combo lo mein, egg drop soup, and spring rolls.When I got to the restaurant to pickup my order, it was brought to my attention that combo fried rice was prepared instead of lo mein since that is what was heard over the phone. To me, that is not a huge problem and I told them not to worry about it and I can take it as is, however, the cashier (owner?) was very sorry for the mistake and asked me to wait 5 mins while they prepared the combo lo mein for me to take along with the combo fried rice that was accidentally made. Wonderful customer service.The customer service, taste, and low price is well worth coming here over the competition. I'm a huge fan of Korean BBQ and I tend to choose a restaurant based on the quality of meat, service, and ambiance. Before visiting this location, I've dined in their LA, NYC, Seoul, and Daegu branches.Our server, Hailey, was super friendly and welcoming. She gave us great recommendations and made us feel right at home. We tried the Prime Seasoned Short Rib, Duroc Marinated Pork Rib, and Duroc Pork Belly and it was all so delicious!Now, let's talk about the large intestine, or dehchang, which I'm not usually a fan of. But, this restaurant does it right! It was cooked perfectly and had a soft grill with some veggies on the side. Hailey even soaked up the fat using bread, which I thought was a brilliant idea.Lastly, we had the Chef's special dessert, which was a refreshing fruit dish with microgreens on top. “I went here with my husband. You choose from hundreds of ingredients and it's weighed at the end. It's pretty savory. You can choose how spicy the broth is. I got mine with a lot of napa cabbage. The beef was good quality. I really liked this pork roll thing I put in mine. The whole thing was like 16$. Great deal this economy. Service was good. Ambiance was nice. A lot of ppl eating by themselves when I went for dinner.”

“This place is awesome. It started with the guy at the counter who was very friendly and provided recommendations. We had the pad Thai burrito with curried tofu which was incredible. The tofu in particular is some of the best I’ve had and the dipping sauce is possibly even better, somehow.We also ordered the khao soi with beef shank which was super flavorful and the birria tacos which were solid.This is going a new staple for us, definitely try it if you like creative Asian food.Vegetarian options: The curried tofu in any dish is amazing.”

“Had two lunch combos, one with chicken Tikka and one with samosa and goat curry. The samosa was average but the chicken was nicely prepared and very flavorful. The side of biryani and naan were some of the best we've had in a long time.The service was a hybrid (order at the register and then food is brought to the table) and it was excellent.
